I humbly request to be accepted to volunteer at the Mayaro District Health facility. I

am greatly interested in pursuing a future career in medicine as a pediatric surgeon as it would be
a very beneficial learning experience from the health facility. I will be available from Mondays
to Fridays for voluntary services. I am currently studying Biology, Chemistry and Physics at the
CAPE level at St. Stephen’s College.
