AFFADAVIT- SHOW CAUSE HEARING
COMES NOW, I AM THE NATURAL MAN, THE BENEFICIARY OF THE ROBERT EARL
HENDERSON JR, ESTATE, and will say: I am in Special Apperance. I accept all charges upon proof
that you show me the rule or the rules you claim I violated.
I am the NATURAL LIVING MAN AND BENEFICIARY of the matter of the ROBERT EARL
HENDERSON JR, Trust. I Assign the ALL CAPS NAME AS THE DEAD MAN. The fraudulent
process is as follows: All cases are civil, though often fraudulently called criminal courts' are operating
under trust law, assumint the DEFENDANT is a DECEDENT.
I went to the prison at Raymond during the May 14, 2019- May 20, 2019 timeframe. I took the
Mental Evaluation Test given by the Prison System at Raymond Penal Farm when I was placed there
against my will. After the examiner asked several questions, I asked him "what kind of test is this?" He
answered "It's a mental examination." When I told him that I did not want to take the test. He then told
me that ~nd, ~' and he wrote on the test that I was found by him to be quite capable and the test
was over. He also said that I was within my rights to refuse the test. I signed it by reserving all of my
rights, UCC 1-207 & 1-308.
I was told to call Mrs. Sims. Mrs. Sims is supposed to be the person in charge of the records in
the Jail. I've been told that I will have to talk with her to get a copy of the test that I took. But when I
w"~
call, she ~not in the office when I call, repeatedly.
I was never informed about any other supposed test until yesterday 5-29-2019.
I will not be forced to get or have a Contract now or ever.

I am the NATURAL LIVING MAN of the matter of the ROBERT EARL HENDERSON JR,
ESTATE and I APPOINT, STANLEY ALEXANDER and/or JUDGE FAYE ELEANOR PETERSON,
as Trustee, and Order them to close the account after settlement.
Prosecutor Stanley Alexander and Judge Faye Eleanor Peterson continue to move forward
without my consent.
I am the NATURAL LIVING MAN of the matter of the ROBERT EARL HENDERSON JR,

ordered to appear for a forensic evaluation at the Counseling Center, 665
Highway 51, Ridgeland, MS 39157 on Saturday, May 25, 2019, with Dr. Criss
Lott a copy of said order is attached hereto. The Defendant, Robert Henderson
aka Robert Henderson Jr. failed to appear for his appointment at the Counseling
Center. The Court finds that this is proper cause to issue an order directing the
defendant, Robert Henderson aka Robert Henderson, Jr., to appear before this
Court to show cause if any why he should not be found in willful violation of this
Court's order and the terms and conditions of his bond, by his failure to appear
for his examination with the Counseling Center
Therefore, Robert Henderson aka Robert Henderson, Jr., is hereby
ordered to appear before this Court on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at 9:30 a.m., to
show cause as to why he failed to report to The Counseling Center and should
not be held in willful contempt of this Court's order. If you do not appear for this

NOTICE: ROBERT HENDERSON would ask that he be allowed to make a SPECIALAPPERANCE

so that ROBERT HENDERSON, a name that I am not, and ROBERT EARL HENDERSON JR., a
name that I am, would get the answers to the question to follow:
Any public official who works for "the corporation"/ aka the "State of Mississippi:· is required to have an oath
of office and bond/insurance to operate in the public out here, so as to indemnify their actions to protect foreign
living men or women. They are acting in a corporate capacity with the public, which is one reason they have an
oath.
To the man and woman, these agent/officer are "foreign"- whether state or federal officers (police. child support
agencies, tax agents. etc). I have the right to demand proof of authority. In particular I can ask for their Foreign
Registration Statement pursuant to the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938.
They are from the public jurisdiction/ we are from the private jurisdiction. Therefore. the registration form
applies to them. It must be read carefully and demand production of it from anyone I encountered in my arrest.
If this is not already in the record at the time they acted against you. they likely have violated the law and are
now are disqualified: they had no authority when they acted against you. It is that simple.
This may involve arrests, traffic tickets, or meetings demanded of you, etc. Their evidence is now disqualified
and void.
So I, move the court to demand to see these disclosure by all officer. attorneys, agents and prosecutors. I demand
to receive the Registration Statement-Pursuant to the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended. I
demand to see the Prosecutors form OMB No. 1124-000 I. And if they don't produce it, they are void of
authority.

MOTION TO CHANGE PLEA IN ARRAIGNMENT

AND CHALLENGE JURISDICTION
NOTICE: ROBERT HENDERSON would change the Plea made in Arraignment. I am making a
SPECIAL APPERANCE so that ROBERT HENDERSON, a name that I am not, and ROBERT EARL
HENDERSON JR., a name that I am, would change the plea that he made in arraignment for the
following reasons:
1) I Declare that I am in the Private Venue.

2) I Do Not Wish To Contract.
3) When asked do you understand the charges made against you? His answer now changes.
4) ROBERT HENDERSON changes his plea from Yes to No.
5) ROBERT EARL HENDERSON JR., has learned that his name is not ROBERT HENDERSON.
6) ROBERT EARL HENDERSON JR., is the alleged Defendant's legal name
7) FRANK C. JONES III, WAS ROBERT HENDERSON'S Attorney. (Mr. JONES)
8) Mr. JONES waived reading of the charges at the arraignment.
9) Mr. JONES never explained the real meaning of waiving the reading of the charges.
10) When I learned what it meant, I fired Mr. Jones, and changed my plea from Yes to No.
11) Today in America, we are subject to criminal and civil actions of attorneys. These are usually
commenced and prosecuted in the name of some "Imaginary Person" (Corporation) , the corporate
"STATE" or corporate "UNITED STATES".
12) All cases of this nature are prohibited by the 11th Amendment. All these "Foreign States" are
prohibited by the 11th Amendment of the "Constitution for the united States of America" to commence
or prosecute any action. To file any cause of action with one of these as "Plaintiff" is "Fraud" 18 USC
1001 and "Conspiracy against rights" 18 USC 241.
13) Criminal Actions: The 6th Amendment secures the accused the right to face all witnesses
against him. Therefore, this law requires the "Plaintiff" (injured party) be a physical human being that
can be cross examined. The only time an attorney can act without a human "Plaintiff" is in the case of
"murder". All other cases require the "Plaintiff' be present in court.

14) Lawful Challenge: I Demand my 6th Amendment right to face my accuser. I Demand the
"Prosecutor" produce the "Injured Party". If"Prosecutor" can not produce an "injured party" I demand
dismissal of complaint for lack of injured party. The court has no 'jurisdiction" to proceed.
15) To establish a "crime" has been committed, there must be present evidence that you "injured''
another human being or damage his/her property.
16) Attorneys have created "imposter laws" that establish "victimless" "crimes".
17) This is "Fraud" 18 USC 1001 for any attorney to present these imposter crimes, without injured
party, claiming authority to prosecute.
18) When a "Plaintiff' can not be cross examined, no judge can prove due process of law was
administered.
19) "Conspiracy against rights" 18 USC 241 of the "Prosecutor" and "Judge" acting in
"Prosecutorial Misconduct" in "Conspiracy to convict" must be reported to the proper authority. Failure
ofthat authority to prosecute the "Attorney" and "Judge" is "Misprision of Felony" 18 USC 4.
CHALLENGE JURISDICTION
20) Does this Court have Jurisdiction? "Once jurisdiction is challenged, the court cannot proceed when
it clearly appears that the court lacks jurisdiction, the court has no authority to reach merits, but, rather,
should dismiss the action." Melo v. US, 505 F2d 1026.
21) Is the Jurisdiction already established on the record? "The law requires proof of jurisdiction to
appear on the record of the administrative agency and all administrative proceedings." Hagans v. Lavine, 415 U.
S. 533.
22) What must the Court prove to establish that it has jurisdiction? "Court must prove on the record,
all jurisdiction facts related to the jurisdiction asserted." Latana v. Hopper, I 02 F. 2d 188; Chicago v. New York,
37 F Supp. 150.
23) Can a Court hear a case without jurisdiction? "Jurisdiction is fundamental and a judgment
rendered by a court that does not have jurisdiction to hear is void ab initio." In ReApplication of Wyatt, 300 P.
132; Re Cavitt, 118 P2d 846.
24) What must the Court prove to establish jurisdiction? "The burden shifts to the court to prove
jurisdiction." Rosemond v. Lambert, 469 F2d 416.
25) Should Jurisdiction be ignored? "There is no discretion to ignore that lack of jurisdiction." Joyce v.
US, 474 F2d 215
26) What is one form of proof establishing jurisdiction? A Delegation of Authority.
