the estate.

Observation: Indoor data test at GENESIS CENTRE was observed to be fair. Serving cell is
UPAR054_S3 at 400m. The site is located behind the the bulding and could result to atenuation of
signals entering the centre.

Recommendation: Optimize UPAR054_S3, to further improve the data throughput.

Implement any approved site within the vicinity.
