CONCLUSIONS

From the results table for flow 1, was observed that the values of velocity effectively

increase when the área is reduced, this confirmated the inversely proportional among

the area and the velocity.

From the comparisson between all of values of velocity for each one of flows, the

velocity increase proportionally to the Flow.

Also, its observate that the values of pressure decreases as the values of the velocity

increases into the Venturi, so the point where the pressure is less is the site where the

area is the smallest (Point D in the Venturi).

The percent of error between the real flow and calculated flow, its in a range of 0.3% to

12.4%, this it due probably to the bad measurement of real Flow durign the

experimental process.
The coefficient of discharge its near to the range of typical coefficient, but some of this

values isn't into the range, so the ventiru is descalibrated.

According whit the values, it was observed a mistake in the data, but it may happened

because the venturi has an air leak.
