AFFIDAVIT

WE, JAIME JIMENEZ & MARIO PEREA, both of legal ages, Filipino
citizens, married and with residence and postal address at Alfonso, Cavite
after being sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state that:
We are the owners of parcels of land located at Mangas, Alfonso, Cavite of
Lots 9670 & 9671, Cad 466-D;
The subject property has been approved for consolidation-subdivision as
surveyed for Maria Escover and Justina Escover dated February 02, 2018;
In the said consolidation-subdivision of the land, Lot 1 will be owned by
JAIME JIMENEZ with an area of 5,413 square meters and Lot 2 will be owned
by MARIO PEREA with an area of 2,783 square meters;
We are executing this Affidavit in good faith and without any intention to
deceive and defraud; and
As such we are executing this Affidavit to prove the truth of the foregoing
facts specifically for the new issuance of the Tax Declaration of Real Property
and for whatever legal purpose this may best serve.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 25th
