For some, MOTIVATION and HEALTH related are their passion,
I see a great correlation in this.
While you position your message to be health related, you use motivations
to back it up (usually in story form).
Many people love to do whatever a health specialist says but they are not
motivated to do that... This is where you come in.

Well according to vocal trainer Arthur Joseph in a presentation I was

listening to, he said the two biggest fears boil down to fear of
abandonment, and fear of owning one's power.
How does fear of owning one's power tie into authorship?
Here's my experience...
I used to cringe at the idea of reaching out to people to promote my work.
What if they think I'm being a self-promotional jerk?

Yet I had noticed all of those concerns were completely gone when I did
one thing.
By doing this one thing, I was actually excited about promoting my work,
and people were excited to hear about it.
The thing I did was create something I believed with every part of my being
would change the world for the better.
I was absolutely convinced it would bring value to anyone who read it.
Would you be scared to give someone a gift?
Or tell them they won a million dollars?
Probably not.
So this got me thinking...
What if fear of promoting one's work is often tied back to a fear that it's not
valuable enough.

Wow! That's deep.
While it may not always be the case, here's one thing I've found is often
true.
When you focus on someone or something outside of yourself, the fears

within you will no longer keep you from acting.
A mom may be scared of fire, but she could still run into a burning building
to save her child.
The fear exists, but there's something more significant than the fear that
drives her into action - her love.
So if you've ever felt a bit unsure about sharing your work with the world,
then I invite you to deeply reflect on...

And if necessary, do some deeper work to own your power.
Of course, this doesn't mean becoming a spammy shameless

self-promoter.
Rather it means you'll find ways to share your gifts with the world in a way

If any sense of not being comfortable sharing your books ever comes up, a
great reminder can be, "Do I want this fear to have power over me , or do I
want to own my power so I can share my gifts with those who want what I
have to offer?"
