Prof. S.R. Prasad
Education in today’s world , is not just confined to teach
and learning within the four walls of classroom, but, it
encompasses a whole lot of activities which create
awareness in studying about various phases of
knowledge and wisdom.

"The end of education is character"
Dear students,
Nowadays we get everything at the click of the
button. It is true that the society cannot be tailor
made as per our own designs.
Education plays a vital role which makes the
student life to be a worthy in society. All
stakeholders including the management, faculty
members, students and their parents should join
together to build a better society.
The college magazine in your hands navigate you
the glimpses of activities and achievements of our
students. I am sure that the articles contributed by
our students and faculty members is not only
impressive but also informative. I extend my thanks
to all my faculty members in bringing out the best
from the students.
Wish you all the best in your future endeavours.
Life is a marathon and not a sprint, is an off quoted statement used by thought leaders to drive
their point on how to succeed and what one should do to be in the club of successful people.
What is Success?
But before we embark on answering this, first we all must understand the true meaning of
success. Success cannot be measured in terms of money one earns, position reached or
possessions one acquires, a true success is when you become relevant for a greater number of
people, when your presence matters to a large number of people and when you develops
capacity to impact on larger canvass and are able to change lives. That is the reasons, why
many great personalities, who became billionaires in their profession don’t find meaning in
their wealth and find their success in terms of wealth acquired truly hallows. It is the reason,
why Bill Gates, Azim Premzi Warren Buffet and many other wealthy people donate to make
an impact in the society to achieve success in true sense. The legacy dies until it makes an
impact on larger social canvas. But in a nutshell, what is success? I define success as How
many will remember you when you are gone by, or how many will join your last journey you
undertake towards your grave. It is more philosophical than real, but simply put, the true
success is, when you are able to use yourselves, your resources and your talents to bring the
differences in all aspect of your engagement in life, i.e., your family, your friends, your
community, your organization, your state and country and the overall humanity at large as
Martin Luther King Jr rightly said
“Life most persistent and urgent question is what you are doing for others”
How do we succeed?
It is essential for all of us to understand, that success is not a sprint but a marathon. Life
is made of thousands of moments and events and each one of them cast their influence
in our life. Human life is an organic process and every aspect associated with it has its
influence on it. Hence the success of life cannot be measured until life has been lived
and its balance sheet is prepared and that cannot be done until one hangs ones boot.

Nothing Succeeds like Success, but how to succeed
Following are some of the most important aspect which contribute in shaping our life and
facilitates our success. We should
A. Choose our friends wisely as they make a lasting impression on your life.
B. Choose our profession carefully with scope of learning and challenge. Consider
richness and learning potential in the job over money.
C. Choose our life partner wisely, as they will make or break your life.
D. Chase excellence and competence, money will follow.
E. Build density of competence around you (Jim March).
F. Read, Read and Read as readers are future leader. Reading makes you learn, learning
leads to behavioural change which helps you in succeed.
G. Gain experience in life as on the way up in life, your experience will help you in
shaping your destiny better than the money of things you will possess.
H. Travel as much as you can, because life is a journey and the more you travel, the
further you reach in life.
I. Be physically fit, because if you want to reach on the top, you need the stamina and
energy to reach there.
J. Not waste time on trivial issue. Learn to utilise your time for betterment of your life
and life of people around you.
Building our life requires a craftsman approach. We have to design our life as per our
imagination and desire, and every aspect of it must be planned carefully. Nothing happens
by default and for every action there will be repercussion.
Some of us work hard in our early stage of the career and achieve the success worth our
potential while majority of us would love to enjoy our life during early stage and face
tough situation and suffer though out your life.

This is the most important lesson to be learned from the most beautiful and
unconditional relationship between the tides and shore of a sea that teach us
not to give up our dreams and stop our love towards someone just by the
failures that comes in the path of success.
Life's biggest frustrations and disappointments come from expecting too little of
yourself and too much of others. Expectations shape all of your relationships,
including in the workplace. By setting your expectations for yourself and living up
to them you reduce your dependency on others for your sense of worth
and satisfaction.
Counting on yourself greatly reduces your frustration while increasing personal
freedom for yourself and others. It is the only way to develop the seven personality
strengths necessary for success.
1. Self-awareness.
Self-awareness is your ability to correctly perceive your own emotions as they are
occurring. When you are self-aware you are keen to your emotional tendencies
across situations. You know which situations trigger certain emotions and are able
to predict this with a reasonable amount of accuracy.
When you are not self-aware you tend to overreact angrily or fearfully when others
don't meant your expectations that they walk on eggshells, read your mind,
anticipate your feelings and never step on any of your triggers.
Bottom line, people cannot read your mind or take care of your reactions. Believing
otherwise will destroy your sense of self and the morale of those you interact
with. People cannot not know how you feel until you speak up. You must
communicate with others regularly and effectively. You will find yourself traveling
quickly on the road to success when you productively communicate what you’re
thinking and feeling.
2. Self-approval.
Seeking agreement and constant approval stifles your personal development
while greatly compromising those you depend on to make you feel good. Commit
to owning your thoughts, feelings and ideas without depending on anyone else
for approval to feel good about them or not.
Life is not meant to be an endless “audition” for the role of meeting the expectations
of others. Don't create a dynamic where those around you have to prove something
to you or make things up to you if they don’t live up to your expectations.
The more you approve of yourself and your decisions, the less approval and
agreement you need from others. Dare to be yourself, dare to follow your own aims
without comparing yourself to others.
To be successful you must never view someone else’s success as your lack of
progress.
3. Self-worth.
You live in direct opposition of who you genuinely are when are caught up in trying
to be the versions of yourself you believe others need and want you to be. You may
not feel worthy to some, but never take for granted you are irreplaceable to others.
Demonstrate worth by keeping company with those who appreciate you, rather than
staying stuck on those who reject you.
Remember, no matter how good you are, there will always be a certain percentage
of people you meet and work with who will not like you no matter what you do,
how nice you are or how hard you work. When you truly understand your worth
you will never vie for a position. When it comes to your success, you will not
negotiate. You have a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.
4. Self-sufficient.
Learn to live your life from your own sense of accomplishment, duty and
responsibility. Do not hope for others to change. Refrain from trying to control or
direct others. Focus on the changes you need to make to reach your desired levels
of success, confidence and self-sufficiency.
Waiting for someone to change takes you out of the driver’s seat of your own life.
Don't wait for someone else to take you to the level of success you desire. That is a
miserable prison to put yourself and others in. Be self-sufficient. Stay aware of
your emotions and any unrealistic expectations you have of others.
The more competent you are, the less you need and expect from others, the easier
you are to work and interact with.
5. Self-respect.
Truly powerful people never explain why they deserve respect, they simply do
not engage with those who do not respect them. People will only respect you to
the extent you respect yourself. Personal freedom, confidence and success come
through your own self-development and learning. Accept that sometimes the
best thing you can do is say “no.” Act on the internal signals telling you
that you have reached your capacity in a situation. Set the boundaries necessary
to keep you in a place of self-respect.
You will suffer if you expect that others will, or should, respect you no matter
what. Have faith in who you are and a willingness to act upon it. Never ask
anyone to do for you what you can do for yourself. When you practice self-
respect you give yourself the opportunity to be happy and successful all around.

working towards it” – Ryan Allis

7 Fundamentals of Success and Happiness Only You Can Deny
Yourself
6. Self-acceptance.
You are human. Approve of yourself in spite of deficiencies. When you have self-
acceptance you become aware that others are also human. You stop expecting them to
fit into your vision of who you think they should be. You no longer get angry when
they fall short.
Focus on personal development. Seek ways to make your life rich, exciting,
accomplished and happy, regardless of the holes in your Swiss cheese. Living this
way reduces your need to control others. You become a healthier person to interact
and work with. When you stop expecting too much from others you begin to
appreciate them and depend more upon yourself to reach your goals.
7. Self-love.
Life is challenging because anything and everything outside of you is temporary.
Stop needing life to always be OK. Embrace your good qualities and be aware of,
and in progress with, your more challenging traits. There is always personal growth
to be done. It is your dualities and complexities that make you interesting and
inspiring to others.
In order to grow your business, you must consider some key factors that will affect
inventory management. When working with stock you are always managing inventory
levels, optimizing space, dealing with inaccurate forecasting, along with customer
satisfaction. All these factors are unavoidable. Without the proper technology, it is
extremely difficult to keep track of everything. Artificial intelligence (A.I.) can help
your business manage inventory effectively.
What is A.I.?
A.I. is a computer system that works and acts the way humans do, using cognition,
reasoning, and problem solving. It learns its environment and what actions to take.
Some devices are more intelligent than others. They truly learn on their own, with
little to no direction or pre-set algorithms. There are many features of A.I. that
change the way we look at and operate inventory management. Some even meet the
requirements of customers.
A.I. is found in SIRI and Alexa, as well as in behavioural algorithms, facial
recognition, self-driving cars, to suggested searches that “pop” up for us.
2) Date Mining
Data mining is another advantage that comes with A.I. In the past, we relied on
customer relationships in order to collect data. Now we predict and recommend
products based off of information gathered through algorithms. Through A.I., data
mining tracks and records what consumers’ interests are, and companies learn what
their customers’ interests and demands are. This helps businesses plan products
accordingly. An example of data mining is Netflix. It analyzes billions of data to
suggest films and recommend shows that you might like based on your previous
viewing choices.
3) Robot Automation
A.I. is also used in robot automation to check, fulfill, and restock inventory. It picks
out orders and moves it accordingly based on the sensors and the system set by
algorithms that guide them. Using robot automation decreases the amount of time it
would usually take to complete tasks manually.
Summary
A.I. finds the patterns and data that help control inventory management. AI is
changing the way inventory management works. Inventory management software
with AI adapts the more often you use it, and becomes more and more customized
specifically for your business over time.
All businesses should adopt A.I. because it will have a huge positive impact on daily
operations as well as achieving better results. A.I. helps to collect data, as well as
make fewer mistakes resulting in higher efficiency.
As a group of frogs was traveling through the woods, two of them fell
into a deep pit. When the other frogs crowded around the pit and saw
how deep it was, they told the two frogs that there was no hope left for
them.
However, the two frogs decided to ignore what the others were saying
and they proceeded to try and jump out of the pit.
Despite their efforts, the group of frogs at the top of the pit were still
saying that they should just give up. That they would never make it out.
Eventually, one of the frogs took heed to what the others were saying
and he gave up, falling down to his death. The other frog continued to
jump as hard as he could. Again, the crowd of frogs yelled at him to stop
the pain and just die.

He jumped even harder and finally made it out. When he got out, the
other frogs said, “Did you not hear us?”
The frog explained to them that he was deaf. He thought they were
encouraging him the entire time.
