AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I,ROCHELLE S. CAHANAP, of legal age, single, Filipino, and

a resident of 114 Baldomero Street, Maitim 2nd East, Tagaytay City
after being duly sworn according to law, hereby depose and state
that:

1) I am filing a Notice of Adverse Claim on the properties

now covered by Transfer Certificates of Title (TCT) Nos. T- 003-
2016000065, 003-2016000064, 003-2016000063 of the Registry of Deeds
for Pasay City registered under the name of DOMINADOR C.
OBRERO;

2) Last January 30, 2017, I entered into a DEED OF

ABSOLUTE SALE with DOMINADOR C. OBRERO which was duly
executed and notarized before Atty. Joselyn Bonnie V. Valeros in the
City of Manila and docketed as Doc. No. 178, PAGE No. 36, Book No.
XXVII, Series of 2017;

3.) I am filing an Adverse Claim to protect my rights as a new

owner from 2017 because despite repeated demands, the original
copies of the TRANSFER CERTIFICATES OF TITLE 003-2016000065,
003-2016000064, 003-2016000063 were still not handed over to me to
which reason I was not able to process the transfer of Titles under my
name;

4.) I am executing this Affidavit for the purpose of attesting

to the truthfulness and veracity of the foregoing allegations and to
effect the annotation of the adverse claim in the original copies of
003-2016000065, 003-2016000064, 003-2016000063.

Further I sayeth naught.
