EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT made and entered into this 6th day of November
2017 by and among:

NATIVIDAD R. PANGANIBAN, of legal age, Filipino, widow and with

residence and postal address at Brgy. Castanos Cerca, Gen.E. Aguinaldo,
Cavite;

ELIZABETH PANGANIBAN, of legal age, Filipino,and with residence and

postal address at Brgy. Castanos Cerca,Gen.E. Aguinaldo, Cavite;

GLENDA PANGANIBAN BINAUHAN, of legal age, Filipino,married and with

residence and postal address at Brgy. Castanos Cerca, Gen.E. Aguinaldo,
Cavite;

JUNE R. PANGANIBAN,of legal age, Filipino, married and with residence

and postal address at Brgy. Castanos Cerca, Gen.E. Aguinaldo, Cavite;

LIZEL PANGANIBAN SANCHEZ, of legal age, Filipino,married and with

residence and postal address at Brgy. Castanos Cerca,Gen.E. Aguinaldo,
Cavite;

HENRY R. PANGANIBAN, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence and

postal address at Brgy. Castanos Cerca,Gen.E. Aguinaldo, Cavite;

Collectively known as HEIRS.

WITNESSETH:

THAT we are the legitimate heirs being the wife and children of
DEMETRIO MADLANGBAYAN PANGANIBAN who died on May 22, 2017 in
Tagaytay City; copy of his death certificate is hereto attached as Annex "A";

THAT said deceased died without any will or testament and without any
outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

THAT said deceased, at the time of his death left certain a Savings
Account Number 51-01794-3 with the First Integrity Bank located at Real
Street, Brgy. Poblacion I, Gen. E. Aguinaldo, Cavite amounting to Php 18,
172. 35;

THAT pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of

the Philippines, and we being all of ages and with full capacity to contract,
we do hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the bank deposit described above,
in equal shares.

IN WITNESSS WHEREOF, we have hereunto signed this

AGREEMENT, this 6th day of November 2017 in Gen.E. Aguinaldo, Province of
Cavite, Philippines.
