Greetings to future interns!

Welcome and Congratulations that you’ve decided on taking your internship in

Accenture. I’d like to introduce myself, my name is Glen Dellera, a previous intern in
Accenture, as I will be sharing tips, opportunities and challenges that I’ve experience in my
internshi

One of the opportunities upon taking your internship in Accenture will be experiencing
in a biggest IT companies in the Philippines, however you will be treated as an employee and
experiencing the real-life projects. Also, you have other opportunities to meet with batch of
students with different educational background and expertise. These experiences that I will be
sharing are the people who will be assigned in the Technology Department. Here are the lessons
that I could share to you about my internship in Accenture.

 Work Ethics-On your first week, you will be assigned to accomplish an online Work
ethics as they will further discuss sets of rules and tips that meets the Accenture
standards.

 Technical Skills- You will be given trainings in relation to a given project. In my

experience, I was assigned to practice HTML, CSS and Apex (similar to Javascript) as
they will be given you time to practice and you can ask questions to other employees for
guidance.
 Admin Skills- Based on that assigned project that was given to me, I was trained to
understand the software and you will be served as a vital bridge for business as you create
depending by automating complex business processes, analytics, creating reports and
dashboards.

However, one of the challenges that you will be experiencing is learning to become
independent and learn to be responsible at work.

Here are some tips that you may have to prepare for your internship in Accenture. You
will be taking an entrance examination, getting an NBI Clearance and a medical examination.
For entrance examination, it focuses on grammar and abstract reasoning, however if you want to
practice you can research on Youtube for samples. For NBI Clearance, you can apply online and
it may vary depending on your schedule and the location For medical examination, I would
recommend starting physically fit and you can cooperate the HR for information.
 Once you accomplished everything, kindly wait as you will be receiving a phone call once
you are accepted. There will be other requirements that needed to be fulfilled during your first
week.

For further concerns in the assigned project that was assigned to you, you can communicate
with the HR for concerns.
