Check your IMEI on your Android Phone by simply dialing – *#06# .

If for some reason you changed your IMEI number or your IMEI
number is null and you’re getting “not registered on network or “no
signal” errors , then please follow these steps.

Restore Galaxy Null IMEI # and Fix Not Registered

on Network
Method 1
If this method does not work, try this: How to Fix Samsung Galaxy
unknown baseband version

1. Open up the dialer and enter – *#06# to check your IMEI

number, if you see “IMEI Null or 000000 ”, you need to
recon gure the settings to x the no signal or not registered on
network problem on your Android phone.
2. In the dialer, type- *#197328640# or *#*#197328640#*#*
3. You will be prompted into the Command mode, provided On
the screen, Select on Common, normally option 6
4. Now Select (FTM) Option 1. FTM (Field Test Mode) is for
debugging and testing, if the option is on, you will have to turn
this OFF.
5. As soon as you turn this o , your NULL or altered IMEI number
will be restored
6. (Important) Without leaving the Command screen, press the
Menu key, the button that’s found left of the Home button.
7. Select Key input and enter option 2 which will turn your FTM
OFF
8. Wait for a minute. Remove your battery and SIM card for two
 8. at o a ute. e o e you batte y a d S ca d o t o
minutes, place your battery in your phone back but not the SIM
card. Turn on the device then.
9. When the phone is booted, enter the command mode again
dial – *#197328640#
10. Select the Debug Screen, normally option 1 X
11. After that, choice phone control, option eight
12. Click on nas control, option 3
13. Afterwards, click “RRC (HSDPA), option 5
14. To Fix not registered on networkShare

15. Choose the released of your phone, here we will choose
option 5 (HSDPA only)
16. The nal step to x Null IMEI # is to turn o your phone and
insert your Sim card or else reboot your phone and then insert
the SIM card to dial *#06# to see if the IMEI number is restored.

Method 2
Few users had asked me how to change their IMEI number. Below is
one such question from the users.

Hi. I searched all the websites for changing my IMEI to

a correct imei ,because my IMEI was changed to fake
0049 and I can’t make calls and not registered on the
network was showing. Is there any software that can
change it? I need that software without IMEI BOX. My
cellphone is galaxy NOTE 8 n5100

To Change your IMEI number is to back up the IMEI number.

Here is how to backup EFS or IMEI on your Galaxy device:

1. This process requires you to rst download an app named as

‘EFS Pro’. But before that ensure your phone is rooted
otherwise this tool will not work on the device
 otherwise this tool will not work on the device.
2. Next download Microsoft.NET Framework 4.0 in your PC to
make the EFS Pro app work on the PC. Once downloaded,
unzip the le and install it on the PC.
3. Connect your device with the PC using a USB cable. Run EFS
Pro and follow the onscreen instruction to backup and restore X
the EFS folder. That’s it and the process is completed.

brings “Not registered on network”. What should I do now?

I have recently ashed my Le eco 1s and my IMEI number is
removed. when i am dialing your above method codes it is
showing nothing. I also tried to restore IMEI number through
di erent software but the problem is i have lost my box in
which this phone’s IMEI number were printed. Now i have no
option to know my IMEI number. Sir please help if there is any

to when i rst got it. I tried all the things online and
nothing worked so if all else fails do a update from kies.
It is better than having a bricked phone. write down
your model and seiral # before you start. Hope this

and some how the 3g works the same…. My phone is in
Blacklist, I paid to know it, but I bought this phone on line on a
used things sellpay web site. I knew that the rst person

sir my note 3 keeps showing signals… but whenever i make a

call or when i send any sms … it says message not sent …n all
of the signals drop at once…. same happens with
call..whenever i make a call it cancels and again signals get

i need your help bad my phone started saying not service
when i check the imei code it shows the code that matched
the phone only at the end had /07 and when i enter
*#197238640# it takes me directly to debugin which i only
have 5 options if i choose NAS info (option) 2 i only have 6
options 5 is smc when clicked it says no smc history idk why
my phone did this but everything i check says no network
connection please help me! i am using note 3

I dont know exactly, but the problem is with the
android version, this one works o lower ones, for
4 1 and higher you should nd an alternative way

but I dont think that there is any.

am using a samsung galaxy core with a di ernt imei from the
one at the back of the fone. and it says not registered on
network. i tried your procedure but it didnt work for me. plus
my ssn is also di erent. this all happened after i ash using a
stock rom of a di erent country. i tried ashing with almost all
stock roms of this device ever made but in vain. plz what
should i do next.
