MONITORS Jason has a wide range of monitors which cover all class notations FiFi 1/2, FiFi I, FiFi II & FiFi III.
All monitors are designed for a long service life with low maintenance requirements.
MM302HJF
JASON fire fighting monitor series MM300 is a single flow path water/foam monitor
designed for marine and offshore applications. It is a low profile monitor, specially designed
for helideck protection. The monitor is fitted with jet/fog type nozzle suitable for water and
AFFF type of foam. The monitor is designed with two swivels, one for horizontal, and one
for the vertical movement. These are with self-locking worm and wheel type gear, totally
sealed and greased for life. The monitor operates hydraulically and with electric remote
control. Materials are in bronze and high grade steel

CLASSIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Classification societies have issued rules and regulations for vessels equipped
with large fire fighting systems. The Jason fire fighting equipment has been
tested and approved by the classification societies. Vessels fitted with Jason
equipment are granted the additional class notation “Fire Fighter I”, “Fire Fighter
II” or “Fire Fighter III”.

DISPERSANT SYSTEMS
Jason Engineering AS is today the leading company in design and manufacturer of dispersant spraying
systems. Spraying booms and valves are remote controlled from the bridge. Speed range up to 18 knots,
wind velocity up to 20m/sec and total spray width up to 30 meters. These systems are designed for spraying
neat dispersant onto oil slick on the sea surface. It is intended for installation and use on board offshore
supply/stand-by vessels or large ocean going tugs.
> Booms, nozzles, manifold, couplings are made from high grade stainless steel
> Minimum weight for easy and manual mobilization
> De-icing equipment included
