and how different types of line weights are re-
quired to evoke different feel in the drawing
The process of analysing and understanding the anatomy of an object.
The exercise was to understand how to document a space and draw illustrative drawing
CONSTRUCTION AND TECHNOLOGY MODULE
An organizer to organise space in the studio. Task was to make the or-
ganizer stand inturn understand different forces which act on a structure.
The trip was lead by Architect Malak singh gill’s project
which was situated in Palghar. The trip focused on the
vernacular architecture which was practiced in the ru-
ral parts of Mumbai. Documentation was carried to ex-
plore the ways of construction. The trip also explored
ways, where one can have a self sustainable building.
After visiting palghar the same volume of the
house was divided into different cubic spac-
es and the house was redesined in two differ-
ent iterations from which one was further detailed
Settlement study was conducted in the village Gudda-
dahali “A village situated on a hill”, Karnataka. Here the
basic planing of a village was documented, materials
for construction were explored and socio political and
economical issues were discussed with the villagers.
The construction method will reflect different occupa-
tion group. A hands on workshop to make a cob wall was
done under the supervision of Architect Malak Singh Gill.
DESIGN MODULE
How does an insect dances? The process was to choose an insect and study its form ,and to analyse the rhytm on
which the insect dances. The analysis leads to creation of a surface or a tile on which the recorded rhythm can be per-
formed. the process was mainly looking at how is form generated and how form is takien ahed to creation of space.
UNUSAL PERCEPTION

Perception is basically aawareness of something through senses and inteperate it.

Unusal perception made a boundary to design a space where in a person can use its
senses and inteperate it to a new world of ideas. So the design is to create a sense of
an unusal perception of sight. A persion sitting inside cannot look straight and has
to compulsory look bypart which will give him the snese of different light level and
shadow moving which may create new ideology of aproching things passing by.
ADVANCE DRAWING MODULE
Introduction to different digital media to create architectural drawings and pres-
entational techqunics. Charles correa unbilt project Gujrat Housing Board 2 .
CONSTRUCTION AND TECCHNOLOGY MODULE
Differentr climatic condition has different affects on the building and so the methods of construct-
ing, materials , orientation of building, natural resources, ecology around as various things are im-
portant before designing. The process also included calculating loads and desiging the members ac-
cordingly also a process of reducing emboided enery and redesigning the roof was taken place.
A hands on workshop in the supervision of Architect Malak Singh Gill and Milind Mahale was con-
ducted to understand how are arches constructed and different brick bonds were tried out.
DESIGN MODULE
What is home? The process to analyse in what
ways I persive my house to be and generat-
ing the similer quality of space in the given
site. Different kinds of spatial condition were
explored according to the human adaptibility.
Internship program at Architect Malak singh Gill. The
site work was to construct the roof of the house which
was at Kudal in Goa. The internship program made
me aware about things which we don’t learn in Archi-
