ORDER APPOINTING SPECIAL JUDGE

This matter is before the Court on the request of the judges of the Circuit Court of Hinds

County, Mississippi, First Judicial District, for the appointment of a special judge in Cause No.

25 Cll :19-cv-3 7 5 in said court, said judges having recused in said case. It is ordered by the

undersigned, with the advice and consent of a majority of the justices of this Court, that

Honorable Frank G. Vollor, a senior status judge, should be, and he hereby is, appointed to

preside over said case in the Hinds County Circuit Court, and to render a final decision therein,

in accordance with Mississippi Code Section 9-1-105. The Clerk of this Court forthwith shall

transmit copies of this order to Honorable Frank G. Vollor, and to the judges and to the clerk

of the Circuit Court of Hinds County. Said circuit court clerk shall place this order upon the
minutes of said court and shall transmit copies of the same to all counsel of record in said case

and to all parties, if any, not represented by counsel.

It is further ordered that, immediately upon the conclusion of this case in said circuit

court, said special judge shall cause a copy of the final judgment or other order of final

disposition to be transmitted by U. S. Mail and/or via e-mail to the Court Administrator,

Supreme Court ofMississippi, P. 0. Box 117, Jackson, MS 39205, hsaunders@courts.ms.gov.
