03 Rationale:

Strengthening instruction is fundamental in our quest for achieving a culture of excellence

in providing quality and standard basic education that is responsive to the needs of the learners
from various social contexts.
This INSET is very timely because topics prepared and aligned respond to the urgency for
a productive and equitable education for our clienteles. The training likewise aims at enhancing
the skills of our teachers in understanding and managing curriculum competencies to better
serve and effectively implement instruction that is enjoyable and interesting to our learners.
Teaching strategies and approaches will likewise be introduced to help teachers especially
the neophytes to effectively deliver the curriculum.
Education is lifelong, thus continuing education program for teachers like this in-service
training is therefore a necessity.
