Why should we hire you?

I am a self motivated person that works extremely hard to meet deadlines and ensure the final
product is as good as it can possibly be. There are very few cities in the US that support the type
of large scale projects that match my experience, New York being one of them. I think my high
rise, complex international project experience along with my LEED and BREEAM expertise
would be a good fit for this new role.”

Why do you want to work here?

“I think my high rise, complex international project experience along with my LEED expertise
would be a good fit for this new role. Sustainable design is very important to the mission
statement of this firm, which matches my passion and recent work experience. Also the weather
is much better here.”

What is your greatest strength(s)?

My time management skills are excellent and I’m organized, efficient, and take pride in my work.
I am very familiar with the processes and procedures of taking large projects from conceptual
design to construction administration. I have a strong attention to detail and bring a rigorous
design ethic to all the projects I work on. I am also very skilled in the use of 2D and 3D
computer software for both drafting and rendering for presentation materials and detailed
construction documents."

What was your greatest accomplishment(s)?

“Completing my architecture license was my greatest accomplishment; it was the culmination of

years of education, work experience and 30+ hours of exams.”

What do you like about your present job?

I have the opportunity to work with the top architects, engineers and consultants in the world
and an extremely diverse group of individuals. To learn new and exciting building techniques
and methods I might not have otherwise been able.”

How do you handle stress and pressure?

“I think when I am under stress I actually do some of my best work. I think it is important for me
to make sure I have the correct balance between good stress and bad stress. For the most part I
find that good stress is a great way stay motivated and productive.”

What are your salary expectations? What’s minimum salary you’d consider right
now?

“I’m pretty flexible and open. I’m sure you will make me a fair offer. Also, it really depends on
the value of the entire package--the job fit, benefits, 401K and bonuses, vacation. I’m not really
sure at this point. I’m sure your offer will be reasonable.”

Dear Mr. Lim:

It is with a heavy heart that I am submitting my resignation from the post of Head
of Architectural Design at Desenyo effective March 1, 2031.

I cannot express in words what this Company means to me. I never imagined I
could ever enter the field of insurance and risk management. I still remember when
I was first recruited as an insurance agent. I could barely communicate with my co-
workers, let alone customers. I was timid, shy and taciturn. However over time with
proper guidance from this company Sir, I enhanced my communication and sales
ability. He taught me how to first comprehend for ourselves what is the importance
of being insured and then encourage others to be. It is because of him that I
developed self-confidence and achieved the highest targets of ensuring people. It is
due to him that my financial intelligence and skill to compare policies has
increased.

I would also like to thank my group members. I could not ask for a better group of
colleagues. They accommodated my weakness and helped me evolve. I will miss
working here and will always cherish the fond memories we have made together. It
is very emotional for me to resign. I will give my full commitment until I am here.
I have already achieved my month targets. Please let me know if I can help make
the transition smoother.

I wish Desenyo every success in the future. It was a pleasure working with Desenyo.

Sincerely,

Architect Joven Locsin
