Who should attend?

Revit users with a requirement to produce RC detailing can benefit from the skills and knowledge provided in this course. It will aim to give the users
an understanding of how to confidently place, schedule and design reinforcement for all concrete elements.
Course Objectives
After completing this course you will be able to:
• Adding single/multi bar reinforcement to concrete elements
• Add area, path and fabric reinforcement to concrete slabs
• Change and modify all reinforcement settings including cover, rounding and more
• Create and modify rebar schedules

Course Outline 1 Day

Reinforcement
Save time in working on complex elevations with these tools, and turn a
half day of manual work into 15 minutes
• Create a concrete element – design a custom reinforcement element
to add rebar into
• Set rebar cover depth – learn easy-to-change rebar adjustment cover
settings that can be amended and auto-adjust existing rebar
• Adjust reinforcement settings – adjust all aspects of rebar from
rounding to presentation
• Sketch rebar shapes – create custom bar shapes to suit any shape or
sized reinforced element
• Add area, path & fabric reinforcement – easily apply and adjust multi
bar rebar placement
Scheduling
• Create a schedule for rebar – save countless hours of work
calculating and amending schedules with automated schedules
which count all rebar sizes, numbers and more
• Modify schedules – easily adjust and edit schedules with fully
customisable fields which link directly to the modelled rebar
