You must wear this personal protective equipment when doing this task:

Leather work gloves, safety glasses, steel cap boots, ear muffs or ear plugs, high visibility vest.

Preparation:
准备工作：

1. All the workers must participate in daily

TBT before the work.

2. All the workers must comply with PPEs.

3. Workers should have knowledge about

commonly used tools, special
tools, measuring device.

4. Workers should handle the equipment

properly to avoid any injury and perform the
maintenance as per standard.

造成人身伤害， 并按标准进行维护。

 5. Right tools for right job regime should be
followed by every worker in the

6. Ensure all maintenance equipment are

inspected.

Operation:

1. The speed limit of equipment in
workshop is 10 Km/h.
确保车间设备安全停车，避 免发生事故。

2. Safe parking of equipment in workshop

is to be ensured to avoid any accident.

3. The equipment should be properly

switched off and key to be removed,
hand brakes should be pulled, and
equipment stoppers should be placed with
tyres. 应正确关闭
设备，钥匙要拆下，手拉刹车， 设备挡块
应 装轮胎。

4. During disassembly of the equipment

safety precautions shall be incorporated
by using adequate tools to avoid unsafe
work and injury. 拆卸设备时， 应使用适当的工具
安全防范措施， 以避免不安全的工作和伤害。

5. Inspection of equipment for any hidden

hazards or unsafe condition, if found any
then report promptly to in charge for
rectification 检查设备是否存在隐患或不安全情
况， 如发现有异常情况， 及时报告责任人员进
行整改。

6. If the tyres are dismantled from

equipment, then it will be held up by
hydraulic jack system and
adequate wooden blocks.
