1. Introduction

Most reports aim to educate, inform or entertain the reader.

This is different. Very different. My sole objective in picking up my quail to write The Q
Experience report is to agitate and incite you.

Incite me to violence?

Don't you think it's a bit too early to start? 



The aim of this report is to agitate you to make a change. To change your expectations... to
change your standards... to change your tolerance... and to change your ambition.

Sounds like the second coming of Obama to me. 



One key difference... Oz is much better looking. 

Every single one of us can begin to expect more from ourselves.

Both of us can perform to higher standards.

You don't have to tolerate poor quality products and services.

I can be much more ambitious than I have been.

If by the time you finish this report, you…

 expect more success from your Internet Marketing endeavours


 decide to improve the standard of customer service you provide to clients
 stop tolerating products that offer no value whatsoever
 realise that aiming to earn a $1 million in a weekend is not overambitious

then The Q Experience would have achieved its objective of agitating for change, and
quite possibly inciting a revolution.

Who was it that said, “the harder I work, the luckier I become”? In my case, it should
read the more Q Factor I create, the luckier I become.

Just hold on a wee minute,


please.

From 1305 hours GMT on Friday, the 18th of December 2009 to the same time on
Monday, the 21st of December, the sum of over $400 found its way into my PayPal
account. An in- significant amount by many people’s standards… and I would be the
first to agree with that.

However, when taking the circumstances surrounding this unexpected occurrence


into ac- count, I decided to make a detailed investigation of the what, why and how
of what I now call The Q Experience.
