10. Agenda

The President recalled that Mr Karlsson, President of the Court of Auditors, could only be present until
19.00; he pointed out that it would not be possible to take the presentation of the Court of Auditors
annual report before that time. The item was therefore postponed to a future part-session.

11. Annual report on human rights (statement followed by debate)

Mrs Halonen, President-in-Office of the Council, introduced the first annual report on human rights.
