1. The Client shall reimburse the Photographer for any additional costs the Photographer
may incur and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services.

a. Reimbursement can be subtracted from the deposit amount upon client's request but deposit
will not be returned until client pays additional costs. Costs can be but are not limited to:
parking, entrance fees, damages to photographer's equipment or person, etc.

2. If the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above, the deposit
and payment shall be refunded to the Client. If the photographer is unable to complete
the event due to errors in scheduling, absent information, or if the photographer is not
informed of crucial changes to locations, times, or other applicable situations the client
forfeits their deposit.

a. If the client is unhappy with the results of the photography, a 1 time re-shoot can be
scheduled according to the photographer's availability.

b. If the client does not accept the final product the deposit will be refunded, the product (digital
copies, prints, album) will be forfeited to the client upon the client's request, but payment is non-
refundable.

3. The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired
photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be
photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the Photographer’s direction;
providing a person to guide the Photographer to desired persons and/or scenes;
pre-shoot consultations, etc. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs
not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or
cooperation.

4. The Photographer retains copyright of the photographs in all situations, and hereby
grants the client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs
for which the client pays.

Applicable Law
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the County of ___________________ in the
State of California and any applicable federal law.
