ber of the Deepwood Community Associationand are entitled to one

vote for your family. The developer,Henry DevelopmentCorp., Inc.,

will also be a voting member. However,his voting rights will decrease

as more and more familiesmove into Deepwood.

WHAT DOES THE ASSOCIATION DO?

The Associationmaintains,improvesand beautifiesits own land and
