Furnace charge cars

• Up to 20 m3 volume.
• Adapted to any furnace type (induction, rotary…).
• Strong conception.

• Driven by two unbalanced motors.

• With electric box and control command.
• Safety measures: side cable, turning light and
acoustic signal, flexible edge protection system…

Ferro alloys installation

• Additives dosing installation.
• No limitation in hoppers quantity or capacity.
• Automated control programme, connected in

Rotary sand/casting separator

• Nominal speed value, depending on the type,
between 3.0 and 2.5 r.min-1.
• Sand cooling and homogeneously extracted
through a control programme.
• Sand outlet temperature around 40ºC and
moisture degree close to 1.5%.
• Water dosing system.
• Driven by epicycloidal gear motors.

SHAKE OUT AND SAND RECOVERY INSTALLATIONS

Shake out decks

• Turn key projects.

• Different sizes available, up to a 26 m2
surface.
• Very strong design.
• Simple maintenance.
• Deck configuration adapted to the element
to be shaken out.
• Driven by one mechanic vibrator or two
unbalanced motors.
• High vibration isolation through metallic
springs.
• Sand extraction through vibrating conveyors
set in the lower part.

Shake out conveyors

• Adapted for shaking out any type of piece.

• Driven by two electro-mechanic vibrators or an
exciter box
• Dimensions adapted to the installation: up to 2400
mm x 8 m.
• Two different possibilities for the trough:
divergent bars or perforated plates.
• Isolated by metallic springs or rubber mountings.
• Attack angle can be modified, to adapt the job to
the different pieces.

Sand coolers turn key projects

• For green sand moulding lines.

• Perfect homogenisation of the sand.
• Automatic control programme for moisture and
temperature.
• Sand outlet temperature between 45 and 55ºC
and moisture degree around 1.5%.
• Driven by an exciter box or two electro-mechanic
vibrators.

The company

URBAR Ingenieros is an engineering company specialised in the vibration field. Since 1953, we have
been designing, manufacturing and marketing all kind of vibrating equipment. Nowadays, URBAR has
a wide experience in developing and manufacturing vibrating equipment, as well as in determining
and solving vibrating problems shown in all kind of fields of the industry.

We have more than 50 years of research in the vibration field and its applications. Our technical know-
how guaranties that any equipment is designed in order to be correctly integrated in the manufacturing
