Studio Team Test 2010.

Contributions • Have developed proxies for third party custom controls (like
Infragistics, Msflex grid...), using these proxies the VSTT can
recognize custom controls while recording and playing back
easily.
• Involved in development of the components like injector and
cross process communication.

Project: SEER for IT (Estimating software for IT projects)

Description SEER for IT (SEER-IT), estimating software for IT projects, was

designed for IT professionals, enabling organizations to develop an
early and accurate assessment of project costs, schedules, and
risks as well as ongoing support, helping to maximize productivity
and output with fixed or declining budgets. SEER for IT has a
collection of IT estimation elements (process models) which can be
used to define the work required as well as patterns for typical
organizational approaches. Users can create custom Knowledge
Bases and perform analyses with metrics derived from company
project histories and task labor standards..
Contributions • Previously data was stored in files, worked on the feature
“giving Database support to SEER for IT, so that it can store
the data in database instead of file”.
• Involved in the design and development of value add
solutions and for the application development.
• Have done manual testing for some of the features
developed in SEER For IT.
• Effectively participated in the client interaction and
understand the requirements.

Contributions • Worked on development of Plug-in for Rational Functional
Tester to support custom control recognition. The plug-in
was developed for a third party control as per the
customer’s requirements.

Description iPassConnect software enables mobile professionals, executives,
sales executives to securely access the Internet, email, corporate
network resources and custom applications. This is a simple, easy
to use desktop client that allows remote users to connect to the
Internet via iPass' global network of providers.

Contributions • Worked on “iPC Security” module where the objective was

to enhance iPassConnect’s security.
• Worked on modules (Wi-fi, Mobile data (3G, CDMA)) which
use 802.1x protocols for authentication in iPassConnect.
This helped me gain knowledge of the various 802.1x
protocols that I had made use of.

Description ATOEcco is a trading tool that facilitates traders to trade futures
contracts. It facilitates trader to watch various market information for
various futures contracts such as last traded price, last traded
volumes, order book depth and order book information and total
traded volumes etc. It facilitates traders to perform trading on
various products of various contracts across various exchanges.
The Current Project is client to the ATOEcco, providing better User
Interface features than what ATOEcco had provided so that the
user can interact with the system with great ease.

Contributions Worked on business layer and GUI.

Worked on multithreading and Synchronization.
Have used STL and MFC collection classes.

Project: Profiling Tool for BlackFin561 (eagle board)

Description The main aim of this project is to develop a profiler tool GUI which
can collect the profile data from the BlackFin561.
The GUI displays the data graphically similar to a bar chart and
store the timing information on to a file. The BlackFin561 is a DSP
(Digital Signal Processing) for analog devices used for multimedia
application where a convergence of capabilities is necessary –
multi-format audio, video, voice and image processing;
For optimizing the code written for the BlackFin561 (like the
video/audio codec) The tool could be very much useful during demo
purpose where the customer can be shown with the performance of

the blackfin561 hardware.
