DECLARATION AND NOTICE OF PEACEFUL HABITATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, commonly known as John-

Henry of the family Smith, am a beneficiary in usufruct of the Creation and as
described in the book of Genesis 1:26-1:30, to wit:

26 ¶And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have
dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all
the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and
female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the

of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be
for meat.
30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth
upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.

Further, being of majority age and sound mind and body do publicly declare and announce to all that:

I am a peaceful man and inhabitant of the creation and most often located in the
geographic region known as Ohio within the Northwest Territory of the the United States
of America;

I AM NOT JOHN H SMITH, a vested interest of the United States of America;

I am grantor / settlor and co-beneficiary to JOHN H SMITH for the beneficial use of
John-Henry: Smith and the United States of America by and through holders of offices of
the public trust, public trustees.

Any attempt to coerce, trick, deceive, induce by fraud or otherwise move me to engage in disposition of
the vested interest(s) of the United States of America shall be considered an act of war, treason, and
sedition against the United States of America and will be reported to the appropriate public trustees
charged with protecting same.
