 Joined Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd. as an Engineer in August 2004. Deputed for the GSM
division for Mobile Train Radio Communication Project for Northern Railway (GSM-R) to co-ordinate all
activities for GSM-R Project.

 Preparation of Techno-Commercial Offers for private GSM Operator ‘SPICE’ in Nepal, Automatic Meter
Reading for KESCO Kanpur, Mobile Train Radio Communication GSM-R project for Northern Railway.

 Presently working as Assistant Manager in Telecom Services Group for Technical Auditing. The
Projects include Lender Engineer work awarded by Financial Institutions like PNB, IDBI, IDFC etc for

o M/s Dishnet Wireless Limited – Working as Technical/Commercial Auditor for Punjab National
Bank (PNB) for the Dishnet Wireless Limted project of GSM Network Roll-out in Ten ‘B’ and ‘C’
Circles which includes Assam, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, North East, Orissa,
West Bengal etc.
o M/s Essar Telecom Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. – Working as a Technical Auditor for IDFC for the
ETIPL project to provide Telecom Infrastructure (Tower, DG Set, AC Unit etc.) for GSM/ CDMA
Operators on sharing basis.
o M/s Quippo Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. – Working as a Technical Auditor for IDFC for the QTIL
project to provide Telecom Infrastructure (Tower, DG Set, AC Unit etc.) for GSM/ CDMA
Operators on sharing basis.
o OFC Planning Project to provide District Headquarter to Taluka/ Block level connectivity on

 Project Monitoring for Punjab National Bank for their GSM project being implemented by M/s Dishnet
Wireless Limited in ten ‘B’ & ‘C’ Telecom Circles covering North and East of India. Key Responsibilities
includes the following:

o Review of Network Design and components selection for the CMTS including Voice and VAS
Services.
o Visits to the circles to check the capacity of MSC (Card Level Verification of Ericsson AXE 810
based MSC/VLR node) and BSC (Card Level Verification of Ericsson AXE 810 based BSC/TRC
node), BTS Roll-out, RF Signal Level.
o Consolidation and Verification of CAPEX and OPEX incurred by the Company on Switching
Network, Backbone and Transmission Network, Utilities Infrastructure.
o Review the parameters and status of the network implemented.
o Review of Quality of Service provided as per TRAI Benchmarks, Billing Solution implemented,
OSS Platform implemented.
o Review of Major Contracts such as O & M Contracts, EPC, Vendor etc.
o Review of Capex and Opex incurred and comparison vis-a-vis parameters set in Business Plan.

 Project Monitoring for IDFC for their Pasive Infrastructure Project M/s Essar Telecom Infrastructure
Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities includes the following:

o Technical Audit of Infrastructure Sites in various circles.

o Verification of the total number of sites.
o Consolidation and Verification of CAPEX incurred by the Company on various Infrastructure
Equipments.
o Review of Quality of Service by the company to various Cellular Operators.
o Review of Major Contracts such as O & M Contracts, EPC, Vendor etc.
