What type of job are you looking for?

I am, working as GIS Team Leader on various Geospatial projects. I have a

professional experience on ESRI Desktop products and ERDAS, I been involved in
Creation of Geo-database and Urban planning projects by using GIS Techniques. I
Have 6 years of work experience in geospatial industry in India and Kuwait. Now
Looking forward for a job in the field of GIS where in I can be active member of a
company / organization / institution in which my services can be used in Project
management, Technical works like “data Creation, modification, Geo-processing and
Management”, teaching and I would like to take a position in middle management
level where-in I can step-down to team leave work and also step up to management
of whole projects as and when required.

satellite images using ERDAS imagine • Various Raster and vector format
conversion techniques with ARC GIS • Managing people working on various GIS
projects • Working on Google earth and Google earth applications • Working with
GPS Instruments like Garmin GPSMAP 60CSx.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider both Since without good education background one can't develop good
skills set, even thought there may be some individual who can developed good skill
in particular job without basic education, there will be difficulties in upgrading them in
the fast growing technology and they can’t be used in other embedded jobs of a
particular project, so for ever one “good basic education along with developing and
updating the new skill set” is foremost quality of the world employers or looking into

Describe the benefits of working with others

A Work can be completed with good quality within given time and using with
recourse available only by having a good plan, which can be prepared by the group
of the people who can give their available input and work accordingly. Therefore
success of any company / organization / institution will be there people who are work
of it, as well for their personal growth.

work which is allotted to a person according to plan must be completed by the

person itself who is working on it without having any hesitation if he/she is able to
complete it, that means the success of the whole project since entire thing will be
carried by a single persons and output will be combination of all.

What was your worst working experience?

World Resection and projects can’t been able take start so I was ask to quite the job
and find new where there are no availability at all since the conduction of whole
world was the same

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

keep some saving for the time of resection which is common once in 10 years

I can be flexible and can adjust to the changes as and when they occur and make
myself comfortable while working

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Which never have a problem even at the time of fluctuation of global economy
