Two different fuel types can be
dispensed from the same vehicle by
simply selecting between the two
independent manifold galleries. The air

manifold galleries are specific to either
the gasoline or the diesel PTO and
pump, this means that the manifold
chambers are discriminate depending
on the fuel selected to ensure that cross
contamination is never a problem.

During pump unloading, the appropriate manifold and valve is selected
to allow the flow of fuel into the collection tubes, through the pump
and then dispensed through the meter and hose.

The newly designed pressure vacuum vent is more

durable to withstand extreme shock and vibrations
experienced in the field. This durability is a result of
light weight polymers used for the horizontally posi-
tioned vacuum poppets. Vibration tests shows this
design to last 10 times longer than current vents avail-
able today.

Protection...
The NV3000 meets DOT406 and MC306 standards
for rollover protection and has been designed to pass
the California Resources Board (CARB) tests.

Purpose...
This new vacuum relieving system features an addi-
tional vacuum poppet for greater flow and reliability.
These poppets are strategically placed on the side
body and located in a shielded bore to protect against
damage due to high impact from trailer bounce and
surge forces of the petroleum product being trans-
ported. The new push and twist removable carrier is
designed for easy vent maintenance or replacement.
This unique design requires no tools making inspec-
tions and cleaning as easy as 1-2-3. Experience less
time between maintenance with the dust screen
manufactured to keep foreign material out of the work-
ing portions of the vent. Stronger poppet springs and
higher set pressure improve annual leakage test.

The Model 610 (non-poppeted) and Model 611
(poppeted) series adaptors provide the compact
installation size and ease of installation needed for
tank truck installations where high loading rates of
multiple compartments are not required. Available in
4-inch NPT threaded or TTMA flanged mounting
styles, with or without a Bubble Sight-Glass, we have
one to meet your exact needs.

The Model 633LVB is the highest flowing, lowest

backpressure vapor recovery connection available.
The 633LVB Vapor Adaptor also features a Bubble Model Series 610F & 611F
Sight-Glass to clearly indicate to the operator if there is (611FB shown)
any condensed liquid vapor inside the adaptor and
vapor recovery header.
