TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND ORDER SETTING HEARING FOR TEMPORARY

INJUNCTION

The application of Plaintiffs for temporary restraining orders was presented to the Court today.
Defendants are Avi S. Adelman, Dallas Creative, Inc, and www. barkingdogs. org.

The Court examined the verified pleadings and arguments of counsel, and finds that Plaintiffs
are entitled to a temporary restraining order and that unless Defendants are immediately
restrained from the commission of the acts prohibited below, Defendants will commit those
acts before notice of the hearing on temporary injunction can be served and a hearing had.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the clerk of this Court issue a temporary restraining order
restraining Defendants, and Defendants, are immediately restrained, from:

1. The Defendants, Avia S. Adelman, Dallas Creative, Inc, and Barkingdogs. org be should be
restrained from publishing defamatory statements concerning plaintiffs, Fernado Rosales, Lost
Society and Initiatve Partners, LLC;

11. The parties are ordered to mediate this matter before the hearing on the temporary
injunction.

12. Plaintiff requirement for bond is waived.

It is ordered that the hearing on the motion for temporary injunction, in the above styled and
numbered cause is set for December _________, 2010 at _______ in the above referenced
cause.

This restraining order is effective immediately and shall continue in force and effect until
further order of this Court or until it expires by operation of law. This order shall be binding on
Defendants, and Defendant’s agents, servants, and employees; and on those persons in active
concert or participation with them who receive actual notice of this order by personal service or
otherwise. The requirement of a bond is waived.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk shall issue notice to Defendant, is ORDERED to appear in
person, IT IS ORDERED that Defendant shall appear before this Court in the courthouse at 600
W. Commerce St Dallas, Texas, on December , 2010 at. M. The purpose of the hearing is to
determine whether, while this case is pending:

The preceding temporary restraining order should be made a temporary injunction pending
final hearing.

The additional temporary injunction prayed for should be granted.

The Court should order that the Defendants, Avia Aderman and Barkingdog. org be restrained
from publishing defamatory statements concerning plaintiffs, Fernado Rosales, Lost Society and
Initiatve Partners,LLC;

The Court should order that the Defendants, Avi S. Adelman, Dallas Creative, Inc. , and
Barkingdogs. org be ordered to delete and remove all defamatory statements concerning
plaintiffs, Fernado Rosales, Lost Society and Initiatve Partners,LLC that were published by the
defendants on the internet, including, the website www. barkingdogs. org;

The Court should order the parties to mediate this matter.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any authorized person eighteen years of age or older who is not a
party to or interested in the outcome of this suit may serve any citation, notice, or process in
this case.
