HOURS: Set up time for sellers 6:00AM-8:00AM. General Public 8:00AM-4:00PM.

SET UP & TEAR DOWN: No prepaid reservations will be held after 7:00AM. Set up must be
completed by 8:00AM. Seller vehicles may not move on or off selling field between 8:00AM-4:00.
Free parking available. SELLERS MAY NOT BEGIN PACKING UP UNTIL 4:00PM. SELLERS
MUST BE OFF THE SITE BY 6:00PM. Sellers leaving their site after 6:00PM may be required to pay
any charges incurred by the The Tattered House, LLC from the City of Roseville. Sellers are also
expected to leave their space free from any litter or trash.

BOOTH RENTAL: 15`X 20` space $110.00 (spaces 1-40); 10’x10’ spaces $75 (spaces A-N). Only
two persons are allowed to sell per booth. Booth rental is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Spaces
shall be assigned by The Tattered House, LLC.

CANCELLATION: All events are rain or shine, therefore, there is no alternative date for rainy
weather. All paid rentals are final-no refunds will be given.

VEHICLES: Vehicles may remain in the 15 x 20 selling space. One vehicle allowed per space.
Vehicles over 20 feet in length including trailers and/or additional vehicles will require purchasing a
second space. NO VEHICLES ALLOWED ON THE OAK STREET PLAZA SELLING AREA. The
speed limit inside the event is 3 MPH. Pedestrians have the right of way at all times. No vehicle
movement is allowed between 8:00AM and 4:00PM.

ELECTRICITY: No electricity is available to booths. No generators will be allowed.

TABLES, CHAIRS AND TENTS: You must supply your own tables, chairs and tents. Placing
merchandise on the ground in lieu of tables or display cabinets may cause a hazard to pedestrians and
you may be asked to move merchandise for safety reasons. Tents larger than 10 x 20 are not allowed.

TAX AND LICENSES: Each seller shall comply with all applicable city, county, state and federal
taxes and laws shall hold The Tattered House, LLC harmless against any failure to do so.

MERCHANDISE: Exhibitors will sell only Antiques and Collectables. We require that all Collectables
be 20 years or older. Exceptions will be handcrafted items made of vintage items, books, pricelists and
catalogs directly related to Antiques and Collectables trade. The Tattered House, LLC may check show
items and any inappropriate items must be removed. Any disagreement will be decided by The Tattered
House, LLC. We reserve the right to ask any vendor to pack up and leave or to exclude any vendor
from exhibiting at future events if, in its opinion, the sellers display or merchandise does not meet the
standards of The Roseville Antique Market. No arranging or displaying merchandise inside trucks or
any other vehicle is permitted. All merchandise must be placed on the selling field. No animals, gas
filled balloons, guns or ammunition may be sold. Due to the family atmosphere at the market, we

reserve the right to exclude the sale of printed adult (x-rated) material, photographs, books, in order to
maintain a proper moral and wholesome environment.

PROPERTY: The seller is advised that The Tattered House, LLC assumes no responsibility whatsoever
to insure the safety or protect in any way, the property of the seller from fire, theft, malicious mischief,
rain, wind, or other perils. The seller is charged with the responsibility of protecting his/her own
property at all times during the set-up, tear down and event times.

LIABILITY: In consideration of The Tattered House, LLC accepting my booth rent, I and any
companions, helpers, family members, or others occupying my booth, intending to be legally bound for
myself, my successors, assigns, heirs, executers and administrators, waive and release any and all rights
and claims against persons and organizations affiliated with this event: The Tattered House, LLC, The
City of Roseville, The County of Placer, and the State of California, while participating in this event,
traveling to or from this event or at any future time.

check made out to The Tattered House, LLC, should be mailed to 417 Oak Street, Roseville, CA 95678
no later than March 11, 2011. Booth spaces will be available for this event on a first come first serve
basis. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

agreement and license to sell at The Roseville Antique Market does not continue beyond the event date
on my confirmation. I/We acknowledge that the current use permit for this event expires on April 17,
2011.
