FACULTY
DR. HITENDRA PATEL HULT PROFESSOR OF INNOVATION AND GROWTH; MANAGING DIRECTOR, IXL CENTER
At IXL Center, Hitendra works with firms and their executives to develop their innovation
and business strategies. He was previously a senior leader at Arthur D. Little and the
Monitor Group. At Hult, Hitendra teaches innovation and growth courses and is the
global director of the school’s action learning capstone.

TYLER MCNALLY ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR AND PARTNER


Tyler works closely with IXL Center’s clients to deliver innovation management capabilities
building programs for executives and teams. Prior to IXL Center, Tyler was a project
leader with the Monitor Group working primarily with public and private sector clients
on a range of issues related to national economic development, innovation management,
corporate strategy and investment, finance and market entry strategy. He graduated
from the Honors Program at Boston College with a B.A. in Economics.

PROJECT LEADERS
ENRIQUE SHADAH ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Enrique works on building long-term relationships with organizations interested in
building sustained innovation capabilities. He has focused his career on innovation,
business plan development and entrepreneurship, starting two companies and advising
founders in six venture exits. Enrique earned an MBA, Magna Cum Laude, from Babson
College in Wellesley, MA and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad Simon
Bolivar in Caracas, Venezuela.

JODY CORNISH SENIOR MANAGER


Jody is responsible for project integration, advisory and client management with a focus
on innovation leadership and executive education. Prior to IXL, Jody was an Associate
Principle for The Trium Group, a strategy execution consultancy and helped to build
the leadership and org. development practice at the Monitor Group. Jody is a certified
executive coach with a B.A. in International Politics, an M.A. in Social Psychology and has
completed additional graduate work in adult education at Harvard University.
