Double Agent (2005-2007)

Promoted to Double Agent (DA) after 5 months which are Geek Squads mobile agent performing a majority of
their work in customers' homes and businesses. While in the store, provided computer-related repairs,
upgrades and installations. Also helped customers make technology decisions and sell on-site services. While
in the field, did everything possible to resolve issues in customers’ homes and businesses.

 Problem Identification and Resolution - Acquired skill to identify problems from vague inaccurate
reports from clients and the ability to quickly resolve the issues wile educating the client on the topic

performing computer-related repairs, upgrades, installations and technical support in the store.
Responsibilities included assisting customers within the Precinct’s SOP, provide initial contact with customers,
check in products for service, perform testing to determine product needs and service solutions and to
facilitate in-store sales, upgrades, installations and service.

Counter Operations Agent (2005)

Hired in as and served as Counter Operations Agent (COA) for 3 weeks before promotion. Responsibilities
included Phone, Shipping Receiving and working counter after display of excellent work quality and
Repair/troubleshooting skills was quickly promoted to Computer Intelligence Agent.

Student Council Technology Coordinator (2001-2004)

of dozens of activities thought the school year. As Technology Coordinator Responsibilities included purchase,
