PROCEDURE FOR 3- WAY VALVE

1. Mount valve
2. Visually inspect valve
3. Connect Pressure supply line, output line and signal line
4. Connect supply pressure and check valve
5. Disconnect trouble shoot and service
6. Connect back and test for sometime to achieved desired result

WASTE MANAGEMENT

1. Ensure that wastes generated are properly segregated into the colour and
coded bins and disposed accordingly.
2. Engines, pumps sets, gen, sets, etc, should only be tested at the test bay.
3. The wash area around the workshops must be flushed with water and kept
tidy at all times
4. Oil / chemical spills or droplets must be cleaned immediately.

5.All related waste e.g. scrapped metals, used oil, used water, electrolytes,
ashing chemicals, office waste etc. Should be evacuated as per schedule. See
PSE-MTC waste evacuation schedule.
6. Ensure that the workshop floor and the environment are not littered.
7. Ensure that spills and other environment incidents are reported.
8. Ensure that all waste streams in our operations are managed in accordance
with the waste management procedure.
9. Always refer to SHOC cords when you are handling/ disposing of chemical
waste and solvents etc.
10. Report any potential threat to the environment to the HSE advisor and act
on instructions in accordance with HSE-MS policy.
