RE: William M. Windsor v. Maid of the Mist Corporation, at al. (10-A690) - Suggested request, to be filed
with Justice Clarence Thomas for a valid and effectual, certified records of the denial.
Dear Mr Windsor:
Thanks for providing on January 28, 2011, the attached records, dated January 13-18, 2011, which you have
recently received by mail from the Supreme Court of the United States.
I am no attorney, but I have substantial experience in fraud detection in the State of California and the US
courts. [i ]
Conditions in the office of Clerk William Suter of the US Supreme Court, including the issuance of invalid
letters of “denial”, combined with denial of access to court records, were subject of the recent request for
impeachment of Clerk Suter. In my opinion conditions in the office of Clerk Suter amount to fraud on the
people. [ii ]
The strongest evidence of fraud by the office of Clerk Suter, among the records, which you have provided on
January 28, 2011, is in the letter by Staff Attorney Danny Bickell, dated January 13, 2011. The letter
purported to notice the January 13, 2011 denial by Justice Clarence Thomas of your Application under
William M. Windsor v. Maid of the Mist Corporation, at al. (10-A690).
In order to produce further, stronger evidence of the suspected fraud by the Office of Clerk Suter in the case,
referenced above, I suggest that you file request under the same caption, as described below, with Justice
Clarence Thomas (and serve it on all parties) for Due Process service of a valid and effectual record, certified
by Justice Thomas, of the denial of your application.
The suggested request is not likely to gain you, in person, any remedy. However, it I believe that in filing such
request, whether Justice Thomas and Clerk Suter respond or not, and by advertising their response, or lack
there of, you would be providing an important service for the People.
Conditions, which were created by the justices and the clerk of the US Supreme Court today, amount in my
opinion to what is called "Shell Game Fraud", or “Confidence Trick”:
Maybe Justice Thomas indeed denied your application, may not… maybe there is a valid record of the denial,
certified by Justice Thomas, may there is none... what form the records is in, nobody is permitted to know....

_________
Outline of the Suggested Request in William M. Windsor v. Maid of the Mist Corporation, at al. (10-
A690):
• The suggested request may be styled along the lines of: "Request for service of valid and effectual record
of the January 13, 2011, denial of the application, certified by Justice Thomas".
• In the request you may explain that the letter dated January 13, 2011, by Staff Attorney Danny Bickell
appears invalid on its face:
o Danny Bickell is not a sworn Deputy Clerk, upon information and belief (Danny Bickell himself
admitted that fact to Dr Joseph Zernik in a phone conversation in April 2010).
o Danny Bickell did not sign the January 13, 2011, as "Deputy Clerk", either.
o Therefore, the January 13, 2011, letter should not be deemed by the Justice Thomas as a valid notice
by the office of Clerk Suter of the US Supreme Court.
• Furthermore, no valid record, certified by Justice Thomas was attached to the January 13, 2011, letter by
Danny Bickell.
• Therefore, you are requesting Due Process notice and service by Clerk of the Court William Suter on
parties in William M. Windsor v. Maid of the Mist Corporation, at al. (10-A690) of the valid and effectual
record of denial of the application, certified by Justice Thomas.
You may further explain the following regarding "valid and effectual record of denial of the application,
certified by Justice Thomas.":
• There are several forms that such a valid and effectual record, certified by Justice Thomas, may be in:
o Written Order, hand signed by Justice Thomas;
o Hand inscription by Justice Thomas on the face of the Application under William M. Windsor v. Maid
of the Mist Corporation, at al. (10-A690), pursuant to the Rules of the Supreme Court.
o An electronic record including some form of digital signature by Justice Thomas.
o Some other form, yet to be discovered by the People, and known only to the justices and the clerk.
Therefore, you request service on the parties of whatever form of record is deemed today by Justice Thomas
and Clerk William Suter as valid and effectual, good faith and credit record of the denial of the application,
certified by Justice Thomas.
