The following recommended levels of illuminance are suggested from the report Light Trespass Research (Light Trespass
Research, EPRI, Palo Alto, CA and Lighting Research Institute: 2000. TR-114914). The specific illuminance levels are measured
at the observers' eye in a plane perpendicular to the line of sight. (See RP-33-99 Lighting for Exterior Environments for
details)
