RAISING THE KUNDALINI WITH ASTREA

Those who are determined to raise the sacred fire

to the third eye will find a most powerful means of
accomplishing this goal in the decree to Astrea. The
decree may given thirty-three times, once for each
of the thirty-three major initiations leading to the
ascension. As it is given, the disciple visualizes the
ascension spiral rising around the spinal column.
Beginning at the base of the spine, he focuses an
intense concentration of white fire around each of
the thirty-three vertebrae, holding each focus as a
flame for the duration of one decree.
This exercise may also be given with the violet
and purple flames as well as the healing green. Any
decree from those sections of the decree book,
given thirty-three times in this manner, will
complement the action of the Astrea ritual. (There,
however, should not be used as substitute for the
Astrea decree but in addition to it.)

 DRAW ENERGY FROM ASTREA’S RETREAT
The retreat of Purity and Astrea is located in the etheric lane over
the Gulf of Archangel, the southeast arm of the White Sea, Russia.
The retreat focuses the energies of the base-of-the-spine chakra of the
planet. The etheric focus interpenetrates with the physical on the
nearby plains.
One enters the retreat through a large white pyramid that is above
ground. Three spires rise through this pyramid and above it. The
center spire, extending through the capstone of the pyramid, is a
yellow plume. The smaller spires on either side are pink and blue.
One enters the triangular-shaped room and sees, at the far end,
three large flame fountains of purity against the backdrop of
midnight-blue walls. In the center of the room is the main staircase
descending to a very large complex, containing a network of
classrooms, flame rooms and a central hall.
Immediately upon descending the stairs, we see another self-
sustaining fountain of cosmic purity. Its radiation is so brilliant that
we feel we are in the presence of the sun itself. Passing around the
fountain, we descend another flight of stairs into the hall of the
Elohim. At the far end upon a series of ascending circular platforms
is the throne of Purity and Astrea. The domed ceiling is a clear
midnight blue mingling with deep violet, while the floor beneath our
fees is snow-white stone. Four pillars form a square within the
temple, and two more pillars are on the stairs we have just
descended.
…Six flights of stairs, three on either side of this great round hall,
lead to other flame rooms and classrooms, one of which emits an
intense, sapphire-blue radiance. Descending into this room, we stand
at the entrance and observe the magnificent flame of purity in
powerful concentration. To the left in midair is the whirling focus of
Astrea’s circle of blue flame, with the blue-flame sword, the pillar of
fire, in the center. The velocity of the flame that forms the circle is so
intense that it appears as if it is not moving at all; but we observe
from the sparks of blue fire that are thrown off through the
centripetal and centrifugal action of the whirling fire that it is indeed
moving at great speed and with enough concentrated power of the
will of God to cut through the most dense of any humanly
misqualified energy.
If we ever needed convincing that the fire of God inherent in the
very heart of the earth was sufficient to give mankind salvation, we
have abundant proof here that God in us is sufficient to meet every
crisis of our existence.
The Elohim have appointed hierarchs in charge of their retreat-
masters serving on the blue and white rays. Their legions of white-
fire and blue-lightning angels also tend the retreat and minister unto

 ABOUT THE WHIRLING VORTEX
COUNTERCLOCKWISE-CLOCKWISE ACTIONS
I am interested that the students understand that
the centripetal [counter-clockwise) action is that
which dissolves substance or returns life to the
universal. This centripetal action has been wrongly
used by psychic forces to strip the “seekers’ of their
own God-given spiritual blessings and thus students are deprived of the
fullness of the blessings that the Ascended Masters intend them to have.
The centrifugal (clockwise) creates and sustains substance and vibration
but it has also been wrongly used to build momentums of thought, feeling
and habit which pull mankind down.
The sacred fire when concentrated as a dual force of Ascended Master
light does swing both ways to transmute the centripetal and centrifugal
action of all human riptides and discordant energy, thus setting mankind

DISSOLVE THE ANTI-COIL
BUILD A MIGHTY CONE OF FIRE
Realize that there are subconscious spirals that Maitreya
talks about; every time you’ve indulged in this particular
habit, it’s one coil around the pole of your being –which is
like your spinal column - you’re winding this energy
around.
Each cigarette you smoked is another coil . And once
you decide that you’re not going to have this, you’ve taken the first step in
unwinding one of these. But you’ve go at to unwind each one. Each one
of these has to be undone until the whole thing collapses.
Now that’s not the only way of doing it. You can build up such a
momentum of intensity of your coil inside this cone going the other way –
of fire – that this thing is created. And it reaches this critical mass, and it
contacts this negative momentum and the whole thing goes poof. And the
whole coil of years and years of the habit pattern is just dissolved by your

ASCEND A VAST SPIRAL STAIRCASE INTO THE HEAVENS
Blessed hearts, on the path of the ascension one can always discover that
there are new layers of the human consciousness to be consumed even as
there are new veils of the bridal garment to descend upon the soul.
The weaving of the Deathless Solar Body is in filigree as layer upon layer
the body increases. Thus one cannot be overdressed for one’s ascension day, for
one shall see that the increments of Light of that body merely increase and
intensify and multiply the place of the soul in the octaves etheric.

ABOUT THE LOWER ETHERIC BODY AND SUBCONSCIOUS MIND
Within the etheric body there are two forcefields. These are sometimes called
the higher etheric body and the lower etheric body. The higher etheric body is
designed to record the perfection of the I AM Presence and to anchor in man the
divine blueprint of his Christed individuality. It cradles the soul and the pure
energies of God that flow into man’s being released through the power of the
Spoken Word. The lower etheric body is the subconscious mind, that computer
which stores the data of man’s life – all of his experiences, his thoughts, his
feelings, his words, and his actions, which are expressed through the mental,
emotional, and physical bodies. Every vibration that ripples across man’s being,
every subtle mood, every hidden motive, every idle thought or word spoken by
man is impressed with incalculable accuracy upon the plastic substance of the
lower etheric body.
Then, too, the impulses of the world that pass before the mind or play upon the
feelings are recorded upon the subconscious mind. Subliminal light and sound
waves, cosmic rays that bombard the planet, and the sharp thoughts and feelings of
others directed as arrows of outrageous fortune – all of these make their markings
upon the memory body and must be taken into account as molding factors of the
personality of man until they are erased by the sacred fire and then replaced with
the perfect markings of the Christ Self. The records in the lower etheric body are
primarily of the synthetic image and its involvements in the synthetic society.
Layer upon layer these records accumulate like sedimentary rock from one
embodiment to the next. Like the hunchback of Notre Dame, man stoops from the
weight of his burden until he replaces it with the burden of Light… CHM 1 p.167-8
Blessed hearts, on the path of the ascension one can always discover that there
are new layers of the human consciousness to be consumed even as there are new
veils of the bridal garment to descend upon the soul. The weaving of the Deathless
Solar Body is in filigree as layer upon layer the body increases. Thus one cannot
be overdressed for one’s ascension day, for one shall see that the increments of
Light of that body merely increase and intensify and multiply the place of the soul
in the octaves etheric.

WE MUST UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS OF PURGING
We have called you personally to prepare you day by day that you might
one day receive and retain the Holy Spirit.
Old encrustations of consciousness and records must come to the surface
and flow out. This process can be dangerous if you do not understand it,
because the mind will arrest the process and begin to go over and relive and
re-experience the old memories, desires, the old ways of thinking and
reasoning, the old patterns of the physical body. It is safe to assume day
after day that the Light is coming into your temple.
Keep your journals of the discovery of the Mind of God and the
unfolding process of the mind within you. Your human mind is not capable
of remembering or even containing the wondrous glimpses of the Mind of
God that you receive. Therefore you must write them down with joy and
read them in the hours when you are once again in the throes of the
purging. Hold on as though you were holding to the mast when the wind
and the wave and the storm descends. You sometimes think, "Life is so
difficult, the only way to get through it is to depart." This could be heart
breaking to us if our heart could break. You must understand that we must
apply the pressure in order to answer the mandates of your decrees and
fiats, the pressure of the heat!! There is no creation without the heat of fire
and the sacred fire itself. …that superb and sublime state of consciousness
wherein you know your God and have that accuracy, that piercing Christ-
discrimination whereby you are no longer tossed and tumbled by the human

While there is yet time, cast into the sacred fire all energies misapplied,
misconnected, suppressed. These things must not be. When there are stored
resentments and unresolved problems, this, beloved, is seen by the Lords of
Karma as a failure on the part of the chela to exercise the noblest, the
greatest opportunity ever afforded a lifestream, or a lifewave, in some cases
so recalcitrant, so backward and so beset by the pride of the ego as to attract
those innumerable entities that do beset the soul and body.
