X JURY VERDICTS. This action came before the Court for a trial
by jury. The issues have been tried and the jury has rendered
its verdicts.

IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Judgment is entered in

favor of Defendant Roger Barnett and against Plaintiffs Ana Maria

Vicente, Jorge Perez, Rigoberto Perez, Sara Vasquez, Sandra

Velazquez, and Adela Vicente’s claims as to Civil Rights and False

Imprisonment/False Arrest.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Judgment is entered in favor of

Defendant Roger Barnett and against Plaintiff Ana Maria Vicente’s

Battery claim.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Judgment is entered in favor of

Defendant Roger Barnett and against Plaintiffs Jorge Perez and

Rigoberto Perez’s claims as to Assault and Intentional Infliction

of Emotional Distress.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Judgment is entered in favor of

Plaintiffs Ana Maria Vicente and Adela Vicente and against

Defendant Roger Barnett as to the claim of Assault, and

compensatory damages of $1,400.00 are awarded to each Plaintiff.

The relative degrees of fault are found to be: 25% for each

Plaintiff and 75% for Defendant Roger Barnett.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Judgment is entered in favor of

Plaintiffs Sara Vasquez and Sandra Velazquez and against Defendant

Roger Barnett as to the claim of Assault, and nominal damages of

$1.00 are awarded to each Plaintiff.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Judgment is entered in favor of

Plaintiffs Ana Maria Vicente and Adela Vicente and against

Defendant Roger Barnett as to the claim of Intentional Infliction

of Emotional Distress, and compensatory damages of $7,500.00 each

are awarded to each Plaintiff. The relative degrees of fault are

found to be: each Plaintiff 25% and Defendant Roger Barnett 75%.

Plaintiffs Ana Maria Vicente and Adela Vicente are further awarded

punitive damages in the amount of $20,000.00 each.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Judgment is entered in favor of

Plaintiffs Sara Vasquez and Sandra Velazquez and against Defendant

Roger Barnett as to the claim of Intentional Infliction of

Emotional Distress, and nominal damages of $1.00 are awarded to

each Plaintiff. Plaintiffs Sara Vasquez and Sandra Velazquez are

further awarded punitive damages in the amount of $10,000.00 each.
