Description:

Nestlé is the Platinum Client of SAP. Nestle has established a global business improvement program
called GLOBE which enables the efficient functioning of their business worldwide. Nestle is one of the
largest food company having factories in 85 countries. Nestle global operations are organized into three
geographical zones AMS, AOA, EUR. Nestle has implemented SAP BW with process areas Procure to
Pay, Finance and Control, Demand and supply Planning, Human resource, Generating Demand and
technical and production. The Split architecture and LSA (layered and scalable architecture) were used in
these process areas to load data from source systems to BW.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Providing Daily Production Support from Offshore.

• Monitoring of Data Loads (Master data & Transaction data) from various source systems like R/3,
CRM, SEM and APO into BW and SEM by means of process chains.
• Actively Involved in Rectification of Load Failure errors like Master Data Loads, Transaction
Loads.
