Project Profile:
CITCO’s Nextgen system involves in handle the current and future business requirements of
CITCO. With the increasing client base, the system has the capability to support it. The
system provides user friendly applications for Brokerage and Custody services in one
integrated system. Interfaces are developed which makes NextGen System able to
communicate with SWIFT, FAX, GL Application and Document Management system. A
document management system is a part of Nextgen which stores, retrieves and maintains
all the documents created during the various processes in the system. NextGen system goes
through a maker-checker process, which is basically a Validation methodology, wherein the
initiator of the task (Maker) performs certain actions, which are be further validated by
another authorized user (Cheker). The NextGen system has the ability to perform backdated
transactions and edit the history of transactions.
