BSS Switch Engineering:

2. Assisting in the entire service/ maintenance function of ZTE BTS & co-coordinating with the
customer service team for providing proactive maintenance solutions for E1 and transport.
3. Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process configuration modifications in
BSC Level to enhance operational efficiencies of BSS Network.
4. Conducting Periodic reviews with the Client and analyze BTS outage to avoid the Network Poor
KPI.

Operation and Maintenance:

Responsible for Maximum Network UP time to ensure the complete Performance of number of
Cluster under the 11 iBSCs for Client AIRCEL Communication in GSM_UP (W).

Key Projects and Achievements:

Cluster Incharge for Aligarh, Bulandshahr, Mathura, Vrindavan, and Eta under Agra
Cluster for GSM Client AIRCEL communications

• Successfully perform the Maintenance of Infra and civil works of own build up sites of Cluster.
• Successful Supervision of installation of GSM indoor/outdoor sites
• Successfully launch the site for commercial use in the scheduled time.

adding TRX to the respective sites.

Changes.
• Cabinet and MBC Expansion.

• Troubleshooting related to BSS( Call Block. Call Muting, Call Cracking).

DESIGNATION: Project Engineer (CDMA DIVISION)

JOB PROFILE:

Installation and Commissioning Engineer:

Responsible for performing ZXSDR BTS survey, installation and integration to ensure the Network
setup on time for client MTS Telecom (SSTL) in CDMA _Kerela.

Job profile:

• Responsible for BTS Sites survey to ensure RFI counts under the various ISPs.
• Installation, commissioning & integration of CDMA ZXSDR BTS (Software Driven Remote
BTS).
• Doing Preventive maintenance of all BTS and BSC sites periodically.
• Responsible for Dry Contacts configuration at BTS ends.
• Carried out power measurement & Power Calibrations with Agilent Meter.
• VSWR Measurement with site master BIRD.
• Successfully launch the site for commercial use in the scheduled time.
• Responsible for Alarm resolving and site handover to O&M Team.

First Class (67.72%) From UP Technical University, Lucknow.

Academic Qualification: HSC Completed successfully in 2004 with First Class (68%)
From C.B.S.E Board and SSC Completed successfully in 2002 with Distensions Class
(76%) from C.B.S.E Board Bulandshaher.
