This program (File & Folder Unlock) by Diamond Computer Systems ("DiamondCS") of
Australia, which includes computer software and any associated media and printe
d materials including on-line or electronic documentation or help files is herei
n referred to as the Software Product. By installing, copying, or otherwise usin
g the Software Product, you have agreed to be bound by the terms of this Softwar
e License Agreement. If you do not agree with all terms of this License Agreemen
t, you must remove the Software Product from your computer(s).
1. This Software License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an i
ndividual or a single entity) and Diamond Computer Systems Pty Ltd for the Softw
are Product.
2. The Software Product is intellectual property owned by Diamond Computer Syste
ms Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treati
es, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
3. You may install and use as many copies of this Software Product on this and a
ny number of computers and redistribute this product to any person or organisati
on providing that:
i. The Software Product (or any part of it) is not sold.
ii. You do not modify the Software Product in any way.
iii. You do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software Produc
t.
iv. You acknowledge that this Software Product is provided free of charge, and
indemnify Diamond Computer Systems Pty Ltd, its staff and suppliers to the full
extent permitted by law against all claims, actions demands or damages arising
directly or indirectly out of the Licensee's use or possession of the Software a
nd such indemnity shall extend to any fault or failure in the Software or relate
d documentation to perform any particular test or to achieve a particular result
or to comply with a particular specification. This clause shall survive the ter
mination of this Agreement.
4. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Diamond Computer Systems
may terminate this Software License Agreement if you fail to comply with the ter
ms and conditions of this Software License Agreement. In such event, you must de
stroy all copies of the Software Product.
5. All title and copyrights in and to the Software Product are owned by Diamond
Computer Systems Pty Ltd.
6. Each part of this Agreement shall be severable from the other and if for any
reason any part is invalid or unenforceable such invalidity or enforceability sh
all not prejudice or in any way affect the validity or enforceability of any oth
er part.
7. Warranty-free: Diamond Computer Systems disclaims any warranties concerning w
orks of this copy. Diamond Computer Systems has made all attempts to ensure that
the quality of this software is of the highest possible, but does not warrant t
hat the software is error-free.
8. In no event shall Diamond Computer Systems or its suppliers be liable for con
sequential, incidental, direct or indirect damages of any kind arising out of th
e performance or use of the Software Product, even if Diamond Computer Systems h
as been advised of the possibility of such damage. You use the Software Product
at your own risk.
