Buddhists and Anglo-Indian with the authorized share capital of Rs.65.00 core.
As per 2001 censes, the total population of religious minorities in Karnataka is 15.69% i.e. 82,
93,556.
The corporation has been implementing the following schemes out of the grants released by the
government of Karnataka.

2.1 Existing system
In the existing system all the corporation related activities such as providing
different loan, traning and scholarship detail facilities are manually maintained and
beneficiaries’ documents are forwarded through different offices physically so there is
no such system to automate the transactions carried out in the corporation.

3. Problem definition
The problem in the current system is to maintain day to day activities carried
out in the corporation such as keeping track of loan, traning and scholarship
details. Since all these activities are maintained manually. It consumes more time,
huge paper work. While the overall process of sanctioning loan for beneficiaries,
the details has to be passed through different offices leads to time consuming,
requires manpower and expensive process.
Proposed solution:
Scope
The scope of this project is to automate the the existing manual process. It
will help the administrators of the KMDC to maintain day to day activities that are
carried out in the corporation.
