Reclamation Energy LLC, is looking for a current MBA student to support the development of an
innovative spinoff that adds a service component to our core business, and enables us to
deliver more comprehensive services to the marketplace. The Internship will be assisting the
RESTCO Task Force with providing subject matter expertise in process refinement and
optimization, organizational change management, energy performance measurement, “green”
information technology, and marketing.

This position will assist with the following:

 Vetting business rules

 Industry research and reporting
 Development of documentation identified by the Task Force
 Development of Process and Work Flows
 Development of Staffing Plan
 Development of Requirements
 Development of Technology Plan
 Development of White Papers and Case Studies
The Candidate should possess knowledge and/or some work experience or an equivalent with
the following:

 Process Refinement and Optimization

 Organizational Change Management
 Performance Measurement
 Service/Product Marketing

Internship Program Details

This Internship is non-paid, but will provide the qualified and selected intern with professional
work experience supporting a premier program management consulting firm and while
developing solution based methodologies to implement into the private and public sector.
Upon successful completion of the program, interns will be considered for full-time
employment opportunities. Interns are required to work 10 hours per week, within the core
business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm. Work will be done from the following two locations:
