FINAL TERM PROJECT: AUDIO STEGANOGRAPHY & ENCRYPTION SYSTEM

The aim of the project was to develop an application which is useful in communication among
users operating in a LAN. The system ensures confidential communication among the
users within LAN. The entire project was done using OPENSOURCE applications including
Netbeans IDE 6.7 and MySQL. The application was developed using Java
Project done at DOEACC CENTRE, CALICUT
Due to my personal interest on cryptography and steganography, I choose this project as part of
MCA project. This project was done at DOEACC Centre, Calicut, India government’s institution
which provides information security solutions. My project was based on a dot net project
developed by a German programmer; I have applied cryptography using java, the system ensures
confidential communication among the users within LAN users. This project gave me opportunity
to understand the LAN technology as the scenario was simulated in LAN environment.
MINI PROJECT: MULTI LANGUAGE IDE
The aim of this project was to develop multi-language IDE using available tools. Coding was done
in Java. In this project I could work with a well dedicated team of six. In this project I supported
the team with documentation for the project. I evaluate my contribution to the project as four
out of ten.
