disadvantaged segments of society to bring about such positive changes which ultimately improve living and learning
environment of children.
The Organization is currently seeking appropriate candidates for its Food for Work Project to be executed in District
Rajanpur under funding from World Food Programme (WFP). Applications are invited from energetic individuals having
similar experience.

M & E & Reporting Officer (1) position, Islamabad


Key Responsibilities:
M&E
• Field monitoring of projects / program activities;
• Assist in the development of a monitoring & evaluation framework for the program and indicators for
monitoring within the purview of the project objectives;
• Ensure timely submission of periodic/requested reports to donors/partner agencies;
• Carry out project assessment and document and disseminate best practices and lessons learnt;
• Quarterly monitoring of performance indicators against each of project plan to keep all projects in
line with set success indicators;
• Develop monitoring matrix and coordinate/share with program team for smooth execution of
program activities;
• Assist in formulating annual plan of action and setting organizational priorities according to existing
development trends;
• Coordinate with external evaluators/researchers for effect/impact assessment and facilitate
donors/partners during their timely field visits;
• Facilitate the program team to ensure timely preparation and submission of reports;
• Coordinate with implementing partners/stakeholders to develop effective discussion events where
project outcomes are analyzed to improve program strategies;
• Facilitate program team at planning stage in carrying out risk analysis and collectively develop risk
management strategies;
• Perform any other duties as required by the organization;

Reporting
• Support the compilation of proposals and reports for submission to donors
• Ensure that field program staff is trained and writing high quality proposals and reports.
• Develop, write and issue a monthly newsletter
• Ensure clear and transparent reporting within programs, including managing the reporting process
to ensure reporting quality and consistency.
• Support the Project Manager in tracking, monitoring and reporting on project indicators.
• Oversee the development and updating of informational materials such as brochures, fact sheets,
articles, posters, audio-visual materials, etc. to promote the work of CF among various stakeholders
and constituencies, in particular donors, international organizations, NGOs, and CF head office.
• Support program quality and strategic direction for all sectors in collaboration with the Project
Manager,
• Work with Coordinator to ensure ongoing monitoring of progress and accurate data collection are
being practiced regularly by field project staff.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Coordinator and Regional Program Managers to provide
training, coaching and on-the-job support to field Project staff as required and lead the development
and roll-out of appropriate program management tools.
• Ensure that programs are designed, managed and evaluated in relation to the CF Program
Framework and best practices.
• Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager/ Regional Program Manager
Required Specification:
The candidate should have a Masters Degree in Social Sciences or relevant with 4-5 years work experience
in development sector. Familiarity with program design, monitoring and evaluation tools and methodologies. Proven
ability to develop winning proposals to public and private-sector donors. Strong inter-personal, cultural and diplomatic
skills.

Project Coordinator (1) position, Jampur
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth and optimum function of the Project, using personal initiative to push the project
into the future and optimize activities.
• Prepare and review budgets of the project in consultation with operations and finance team.
• Oversight of project functioning and advise/ supervise the Team ( Field Coordinators, Field
Minotors, Social Mobilizers, and Support Staff) in preparation and updating of their monthly work-
plans.
• Develop manuals for each activity and keep copies and filing of all important documents relating to
the project.
• Organise agenda’s for meetings with project advisory committee and relevant stakeholders.
• Supervise and approve all monthly staff evaluations
• Constantly supervise and reinforce training and confidence of the team, by engaging regularly in
outreach activities
• Create partnerships and mutually beneficial collaboration with other services providers, NGO’s and
Govt. departments.
• Write all progress reports (summary and narrative): Monthly, Quarterly and annual report.
• Making and strengthening relationships and networking with relevant institutions, agencies and
NGOs by attending meetings, seminars, workshops, events, and other activities; as well as looking
to develop, strengthen and grow the project by using personal initiative and creativity.
• From time to time, the organisation may require additional work to that listed above.
Required Specification:
The candidate should have a Masters Degree in Social Sciences with 4-5 years work experience in development sector.
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, have excellent English, Urdu writing skills and well
conversant with the use of computer.

Field Coordinator/Monitors (2) Jampur / Rojhan
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities for innovative implementation strategies for program delivery.
• Be responsible for all aspects of project/s management, implementation, coordination and
monitoring in his/her field office
• Liaise and coordinate with district and other local authorities on all matters of project implementation
• Ensure adherence to Children First operational policies, procedures and standards of conduct
• Prepare and update work plans and budgets needed for the field activities on regular basis in close
coordination with the Project Manager
• Supervise the activities implemented and ensure beneficiaries list are prepared according to the
work plan
• Coordinate with all relevant partners, especially field staff in implementation and monitoring the
progress of planned work plans as per the standards set by the management
• Establish and ensure the effective reporting system
• Monitor and control the budgetary allocation and resource management through regular reviews
• Provide effective monitoring reports and data to the stakeholders
• Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor
• Provide training and advice to the communities on Children First information and activities
• Monitor and ensure the identification of project/s related issues for the community
• Ensure adherence to Children First operational policies, procedures and standards of conduct
• Monitor and ensure community consultation, meetings, demonstration activities, village mapping,
community action plan and needs of the community on timely basis as per the standards
• Monitor and ensure collection of field survey information and prepare related documentation
• Monitor and ensure community mobilization for timely completion of project/s as per work plans
• Monitoring of the project activities of the distribution, etc
• Monitor the record and updating of social mobilization reports
• Identify and document emerging issues and possible solutions as well as good practices
• Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Required Specification:
The candidate should have a Master Degree in Social Science or relevant with 3-4 years work experience in
development sector. Knowledge of local area and community is preferred. Experience in emergency and post disaster
area is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and well conversant with the use of computer

Admin & Finance officer (1) Jampur
Responsibilities:
Administration Responsibilities
• To co-ordinate the administrative and logistics activities;
• Build and develop the capacity of the admin team through the use of effective training, performance
management frameworks and development plans;
• Supervising Admin Assistant and so checking procurement is inline with policy, checking invoices,
managing daily tasks (procurement requests), and matters relating to the management;
• Checking the quality of fleet management, Fixed asset register and other day to day tasks are
fulfilled;
Financial responsibilities
• Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the
• finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
• Establish and maintain cash controls
• Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Monitor cash reserves and investments
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Establish and maintain supplier accounts
• Processes supplier invoices
• Maintain the purchase order system
• Ensure data is entered into the system
• Issue cheques for all accounts due
• Ensure an accurate and up to date data processing of the supply

Office and Housing Management
• Ensure safe conditions of office and housing buildings, including proper electrics, adequate water
supplies, bathrooms, roofing, plumbing, compound hygiene (including waste management);
Safety and Security
• To assess S&S issues and to advise team leader accordingly;
• Implement the CF S&S policies and guidelines;
• Be the focal person for the INGOs security tree and to attend meetings to get better insight of S&S
environment;
• Perform any other duty assigned by the Line Manager

Social Mobilizer (5) Jampur
Key Responsibilities:
• Exchange ideas and experiences with management and field staff as to inculcate the spirit of
debate and discussion within CF.
• Establish initial contact with community for introduction of CF program
• Collect necessary baseline information about the area
• Ensure timely implementation of the project (all components) activities in the field.
• Mobilize and build capacity of the target community
• Conduct Social surveys as and when required or asked by the management.
• Liaison with partner organizations and institutions working in the project area.
• Develop and maintain the necessary documentation and record of all project and organization
activities.
• Coordinate with Project Manager for necessary instructions and guidance.
• Provide full support to the sectors representatives for conducting feasibility studies, preparation of
project proposals, and development of action plans and implementation of program interventions
• Maintain and up date all record at office level.
• To assist community members to identify needs and to generate solutions identifying priority issues
and to analyze their problems and guide for resource mobilization
• Any other task assigned
Required Specification:
Minimum of three years experience in field work with NGO/INGO. At least Bachelors degree holder in Social
sciences. Must know the computer skills. Ability to work under stress. Cultural and political sensitivity. Strong
communication skills and command on local languages

Sub Engineer (2) Jampur
Responsibilities:
• Prepare engineering analysis of projects to include: preliminary design, calculation, life cycle cost.
• Conduct field surveys to gather field data.
• Prepare and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts and other visual aids.
• Prepare technical construction specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates of Schemes.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities.
• Prepare proper work plan or IP
• Monitor the activities in the field according to the work plan
• Perform Civil engineering duties surrounding the following; small grant projects, such as Link road,
irrigation channels, installation of pit latrines and WATSUN related activities, Composite pits and
any other.
• Manage documents.
• Manage project issues, budgets, and schedules.
• Review and critique proposed changes to engineering standards, policies, or details.
• Review development plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and good
engineering practices.
• Meet with the community regarding the community projects.
• Coordinate the activities of the design and construction and other field teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Specification:
Must have Civil Engineering Degree with minimum of three years experience in field work. Strong computer skills.
Ability to work under stress. Cultural and political sensitivity. Strong communication skills and command on local
languages.

Warehouse Supervisor (1) Jampur


Responsibilities:
• Schedules and deadlines are adhered to.
• Communicate & Implement change as directed.
• Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policy.
• Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts,
stocktakes and audit of same to verify results.
• Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work
practices and safety conscious behavior.
• Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service.
• Experience working within policies & procedures, and understanding of compliance, in relation to
regulatory bodies’
• Liaise with drivers, customers and warehouse personnel.

Storekeepers (2) Jampur
Responsibilities:
• Receives, stores, and issues supplies and equipment and compiles records of supply transactions
aboard ship:
• Verifies that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoice.
• Store supplies and equipment in storerooms supplies and equipment at end of each voyage.
• Compiles report of expenditures. May be designated according to department worked in as
Storekeeper, Deck (water trans.); Storekeeper, Engineering (water trans.); Storekeeper, Steward
(water trans.)
Required Specification:
Candidate should have at least HSS certificate. 3-4 years of work experience in similar field.

Candidate should have middle/ matric level qualification, with 2-3 year experience as guard. Can write and speak

Responsibilities:
