I still remember the day when I was inspired to create Vishwa- the first of its kind
self-contained township in Pune - a township that got tremendous response as
thousands of people found 'their' home in it and willingly called their own!
And I realised, the true inspiration behind such successful projects lies in creative
minds of wonderful people like you… people who are forever ready to experiment,
people who are eager to strike a balance between their dreams and reality, people
who can identify their needs and have a strong conviction about their ideas… all this
makes my task easier…Then all I do is understand their needs, their desires, and
create a world around them!
The last decade brought in its wake various changes in people's psyche along with
the changing times.
Changes in their lifestyle were as inevitable.
Their minds and lifestyles evolved and it made us evolve too, making us adapt to their
changing demands. The success of all our residential projects in Pune,
Mumbai, Nashik, Bangalore, Chennai and even U.S.A., housing more than
27,000 families, reflect this adaptability.
Being the pioneers of 'eco-friendly' projects; eco-friendly features go hand in hand
