Classic Urban Homes is a custom home


builder and remodeler that concentrates
on infill locations in and around the Park
Cities, Devonshire, Bluffview, Shorecrest,
Preston Hollow, Lakewood, and Lake
Highland areas.

Formed in 2005, the Company focuses on a style that brings new traditions to
established neighborhoods. The simple, yet refreshing designs of our homes are open,
uncluttered and blend traditional elements with modern amenities. We believe they are
the ideal homes for today’s urban families.

Our building philosophy is to design right-sized homes that adapt to today's rapidly
changing lifestyles. Our homes feature inviting, multifunctional spaces which
incorporate simple yet striking architecture.

Proper design is an investment that will pay for itself many times over. It ensures a

Builders Association of Greater Dallas to recognize
excellence in custom homebuilding and
remodeling and typically put a spotlight on some
of the most extraordinary leaders in the industry.

For 2008, Classic Urban Homes was honored to receive


two awards - Best Master Bathroom and Best Interior
Entry/Foyer for its home at 4738 Stanford in Briarwood.

In 2009, Classic Urban Homes was named winner


of Best "Green Built" Home over $500,000 for its
house at 4425 Grassmere in the City of University
Park. We were honored by the recognition of our
dedication to building energy efficient, green,
high-performance homes.

Why we are special

In 2010, Classic Urban Homes won four awards for its custom modern home in the
Dallas neighborhood of Bluffview at 4336 Taos.

Classic Urban Homes - The Plan


A team approach to design, space planning, site selection, neighborhood fit and
architectural layout.

Michael Turner - The Builder


Since 1985, Michael has supervised and built more than 150 homes. He has
invested the past 25 years working with some of the top custom builders in
the industry. His experience is in all stages of the home-building process,
including design, budgeting, purchasing and day-to-day on-site supervision.
His goal: To use his years of experience to mix traditional elements with
the convenience of modern amenities to build innovative and functional homes.

Jane Turner - The Designer


With a degree in interior design, Jane brings more than 18 years of design experience to
the team. She has worked with multiple custom builders in Dallas to help create interior
spaces that are fresh and inviting. Interior spaces are Jane's top priority - she leads the
design team to produce livable spaces that are inviting and comfortable.

Advantage Investments - The Developer


Advantage Investments not only invests in Classic Urban Homes financially, but also
brings years of experience in the building industry. Advantage is led by William H.
Roberts, an MBA graduate of SMU's Cox School of Business. William has more than 15
years of corporate finance and real estate finance experience and provides input into
the financing, the long-term development, and the strategic goals of the company.

The Residential Company – The Broker


The Residential Company is a boutique real estate firm that offers premium service
tailored to the specific needs of its clients. Recognizing that not every listing requires
the same marketing and not every client requires the same time, the Residential
Company customizes all marketing plans and commission schedules for each
transaction. The Residential Company offers an exclusive arrangement for Classic Urban
Homes’ clients that can produce results with significant savings.
