Overview

The Earth is going through a process of ascension, moving from a slower, (third dimensional)
vibration to a faster (fifth dimensional) vibration. This process is an evolutionary upgrade for the
Earth and for us, humanity, as we are Earth beings and calibrated to Earth frequency. This ‘shift’ of
the Earth is a physical and consciousness upgrade for us as a species. It is a process of soul
expansion and soul ascension.

Earth’s ascension is part of a Divine Plan, part of God’s plan for us as human beings.

It is not something to be feared or be concerned about, but it will require us, humanity to think and
live in a more empowered way and be able to come from a place of peace, love and unity
consciousness, where we care about the welfare of others as we do ourselves, remembering that
really we are all one.

We are being required to understand how to use our mind to create, and how to use the
consciousness and conscious thoughts of many minds, unity consciousness, to create a better world,
a more enlightened Earth for all to enjoy.

This process of Earth ascension is affecting us physically, emotionally and spiritually. It is a

tremendous opportunity for soul advancement.

It is a physical and consciousness rebirth, but just like any birthing process it can feel
uncomfortable at times. We can feel uncertain and alone as many aspects of who we think we are as
individuals begin to change. This internal change that we feel is also reflected in our outward affairs
and how we live our lives. Your old life may not seem to work any more, you may feel out of sync
and afraid, but just relax, know that you are going through a transition, just like the Earth and that
all will be well.

ASCENSION REQUIREMENTS

What is required for us to smoothly navigate the process of Earth ascension?

• Our physical bodies must be recalibrated to hold the faster pulsating fifth dimensional
energy frequencies.

To a degree this will automatically occur, but the information on this website is designed to assist
you move through this process with ease and grace so that you can maximize your soul’s potential,
express the truth of your being, feel happy and well and to do what you have come to do at this
important time on Earth. The advanced ‘light language’ energy activations on this site will rapidly
activate past life soul knowledge and ability and recreate the body to hold fifth dimensional energy.
These energy vibrations are a catalyst to soul advancement.

In 2011 we need to pay attention to the healing and detoxification of the physical body,
energetically recalibrating the energy conduction systems of the body and clearing karmic miasmic
patterning, which is the distorted energy patterning of past life thought and belief. These ‘off pitch’,
distorted vibrations block the flow of energy through the physical body and therefore inhibit the
energy available for cellular and metabolic functioning.

• The creation of karmic miasmic patterning needs to be consciously understood and distorted
karmic miasms cleared.

• It is helpful to understand what causes physical and emotional ascension symptoms and how
to stay grounded, balanced and well.

• It is necessary to develop a consciousness of peace, love and unity with all life and regain
our heart/love centered personal power. This is fifth dimensional consciousness.

• We are challenged to let go of fear and trust the flow of life…to expect many blessings and
miracles and to learn that we can create as God beings. We should learn and practice
conscious creation.
DAILY PRACTICE PLAN

Your 2011 Ascension Plan…A Suggested Daily Plan of Practice

Create your own program to suit your needs and schedule. This can be as little as 20 minutes or as
long as desired. All the energy activations are available on this website.

PRAYER-CONNECTING TO SOURCE
1. Begin with a prayer, heart opening meditation or energy activation or sit in meditation for
five minutes focusing on creating peace, love and oneness within the heart chakra.

CLEARING KARMIC MIASMIC DISTORTION
2. Clear karmic distortion from the cells and energy anatomy of the body. This clearing is
ongoing in 2011 as these old patterns of limiting thought and belief are continually coming
up to be cleared and must be cleared for us to move through a process of soul ascension. Try
to work on one limiting thought pattern each week by listening to karmic clearing energy
activations. Listen 3x at one session per day for 7 days. You can increase to 14 or 21 days.
You can cut back to listening once a day if the activation creates unduly taxing physical or
emotional symptoms. In effect you will be going through an emotional detox. Symptoms,
which may be emotional or physical, are often experienced. Focus on one clearing activation
or aligned set of activations at one time. Do not mix with other clearing activations.
