*The Method used was the super position method
The equation been used in calculations:

First Moment equation ( 0<x<0.372)

M=RaX-W1(X-0.175)
EI (d2Y/dX2)=(Ra-W1)X+0.175W1
EI(dY/dX)=((Ra-W1)/2)X^2+(0.175*W1*X)+C1
EIY=((Ra-W1)/6)X^3+
((0.175*W1)/2)X^2)+C1X+C2
Using initial conditions
X=0 Y=0 C2=0
dY/dX=0 X=0 C1=0
EIY=((Ra-W1)/6)X^3+
((0.175*W1)/2)X^2)
Now To Calculate The Deflection at the first Mass
X=0 0.175
EIY 0.039403
Y 0.0030956
Now To Calculate The Deflection at the first Gage
X 0.094
EIY 0.0110916
Y 0.0008714

Second Moment Equation ( 0.372<X<0.466)

M=RaX-(W1(X-0.175))-(W2(X-0.372))
EI (d2Y/dX2)=(Ra-W1-W2)X+0.175W1+0.372W2
EI(dY/dX)=((Ra-W1-W2)/2)X^2+0.175W1X+0.372W2X+C1
EIY=((Ra-W1-W2)/6)X^3+((0.175W1)/2)X^2+
((0.372W2)/2)X^2+C1X+C2
using the initial conditions
X=L Y=0
X=L dY/dX=0
C1 -2.5144859
C2 0.8004959
Now to calculate the deflection at the second mass
X 0.372
EIY 0.376595
Y 0.0295866
Now for deflection at the second gage
X 0.344
EIY 0.3508353
Y 0.0275628
Compare the result

Reaction at A ( exp-theoretical) 14.874 N - 15.038 N

Reaction at B (exp-theoretical) 12.160 N – 9.149 N

Deflection at mass 1.42 Kg (exp- 3.26 mm – 3.01 mm

theoretical)

Deflection at the second mass (exp- 2.46 mm – 2.96 mm

theoretical)

Conclusion

Possible reasons for the difference between them:

1- Accuracy of the dimensions.

2- Reading error of the multimeter and the dial gage.
3- Calculation approximation.
4- Accuracy of the equipments.
