TASK 1(a).

PROPOSED NEW PRODUCT:

Nokia Corporation is the world’s largest manufacturer in mobile telephones. Recently nokia
has released the internet tablet device like N770, N800, N810 and also N900. But the nokia is
unable maintain the competition with apple ipad. So nokia has decided to launch the new
NOKIA NPAD tablet device like apple IPAD.

The main features of Nokia NPAD are

 operating system is 1.1 meego operating system which is better than apple iOS
operating system.
 touch screen display is 10 inch liquid crystal display
 Random access memory is 512 MB.
 Size of the Graphic card is 256 MB
 Uses recharable lithium ion polymer batteries which supports video for more than 8
hours.
 Internal storage size for flash drive is 16 GB, 32 GB and also 32 GB.
 Supports to expand the internal storage size
 Installed 1.2 meaga pixel camera which is used for video chatting.

The main advantage when compared to the Ipad is that the Npad is using the meego operating
system and it is the combination of two mobile operating systems, moblin from Intel and
maemo from nokia. The npad is having the dual camera where as in ipad there is no camera
feature. The battery life of npad is good when compared to the ipad. The ipad does not
support to adobe flash, MPEG-4 and Xvid Players where as the Npad supports. Thus the npad
is having some extra features when compared to ipad.

INTRODUCTION:

THEORY OF NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:

New product development is defined as ‘the set of activities beginning with the perception of
a market opportunity and ending in the production, sale, and delivery of a product’.

In the present business world, we can say that new product development is nothing but the
process of bringing the new products or services in to the market. New product development
process involves various steps that describe the set of tasks by which the organisation
converts the embryonic ideas in to saleable goods and services. Normally this NPD process
involves two parallel paths. They are one is idea generation, product designing and detailed
engineering and other involves in market research and market analysis.

The steps involved in new product development process are

Idea generation: the idea generation is the first stage in the NPD. In every organization the
new ideas will be generated from internal idea source (research, scientists, engineers,
employees) and the external idea source (customers, competitors, distributors, suppliers).

Idea screening: this stage helps to select the good ideas and eliminates the bad ideas. Idea
screening mainly concentrates on the following

 Whether the new product is useful to customers

 Is that product good for the organization
 Whether we are having skilled employees and resources for the success of the product

Concept development and testing: concept development describes the product idea in detail
according to the consumer terms and selects the best one which is more attractive to the
customers. Concept testing is nothing but the testing the new product concepts with a group
of target consumers and verifying whether this concept has strong consumer appeal.

Market strategy development: preparing the initial market strategy for the new product
depending upon the product concept. The market strategy should include the target market,
sales, market shares, planned price, distribution budget, long run sales and also profit goals.

Business analysis: evaluating the financial attractiveness of the proposal, review of sales,
costs, and also profit projections to determine whether they satisfy company objectives.

Product development: in this stage the product concept should be developed in to physical
product so that the idea of the product changed to workable product. This product
development involves large investment, constructing the prototype design. Testing for safety,
durability and acceptability should be done.

Test marketing: the stage of new product development in which the product and marketing
program are tested in realistic market setting like test products and test marketing
program( positioning strategy ,advertising ,distribution, pricing, branding and packaging &
budget levels).

 Standard test markets: select the small number of representative cities for full
marketing campaign
 Controlled test markets: limited stores which are agreed to carry new products
 Simulated test market: selecting the few consumers in a simulated shopping
environment

Commercialization: when and where the new product should be introduced to the market.

AIM:
The main aim of the course work is to give a detailed overview of a new product which I will
be developing and the effective steps which I need to take in order to develop the new
product which is Nokia N-PAD

OBJECTIVES:

1) First objective is to understand what are the existing I-PAD techniques which are
already in the market
2) To do a market analysis and identify what are the features of the existing products in
the market
3) To do a market analysis and identify what is the user review about all the products
which are already existing
4) To understand all the pros and cons of the existing system
5) List down the features which are most troublesome in the existing system and few
features which are not at all available
6) Writing a product development steps using which we will implement all these
unavailable features in my N-PAD technique
7) Giving a complete overview as to how our product is better than the existing features

On April 3rd 2010 the apple launched the ipad and it has sold more than 3,00,000 ipad’s in the
same day itself . Due to this reason the apple shares increased dramatically. So nokia has
realized the importance of ipad in the present market. Before launching the ipad nokia has
released the tablet mobile devices like N700, N800 etc, but these tablet devices are not much
attracted by the customers .so that the nokia needs to launch a similar product like ipad but
with different features that overcome the ipad. Nokia also identified that now a day’s these
ipads are more useful in the present business. As we know that slate PC are a natural
evolution of the net book and laptop and it is very much useful to the customers. So nokia has
decided to develop the new product which is named as nokia NPAD.

TASK 1 (b).

MARKETING ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS & COMPETITION:

Porters five force model is used for analysing the market environment of the nokia NPAD.

Porter’s five force model:

Bargaining power of buyers:

The bargaining power of buyers for nokia npad should be high. For nokia npad the major
competitors are apple and Samsung. Apple ipad has got tremendous success in the market
where as Samsung galaxy is not much when compared to the ipad. So that the bargaining
power of buyers will be high. But when compared to the nokia npad, depending upon the area
the price is decided so that the bargaining power of buyers should be medium.

Bargaining power of suppliers.

The bargaining power of suppliers for nokia is high. For the nokia pad the hardware and
software components are highly specified, they are dependent upon the suppliers for quality
materials. When compared to competitors the nokia should use better technology than ipad
and this encourages the suppliers to decide the price.

Threat for substitutes:

Threat for substitutes is high for nokia npad. The apple ipad is having good reputation in the
market. But due to extra features and the lower price of the nokia npad when compared to the
ipad the threat for substitute will be medium.

Threat for new entries:

As there are many companies which are planning to release the tablet devices in to the
market, there will not be much effect to the nokia npad why because the nokia has a good
brand name and also the nokia npad is using the meego operating system which is better than
apple pad. So the new entries must use better software but it requires high capital investment
due to this the threat for new entries will be low.

Competitive Rivalry:

Competitive rivalry is nothing that the intensity of competition among the existing
competitors in the market. For Nokia npad this should be high as apple is continuously
updating the older version with the latest features and update software’s. Due to this the
nokia npad is having high competitive rivalry in the market.

TASK 1 (c):

Stages of NPD:

The stages in new product development in relation to the nokia Npad are

1. Idea generation: the idea for developing a new product in the nokia is obtained
from the external sources. The external sources are competitors and customers.
2. Idea screening: in this stage the nokia should concentrate on particular areas like
market size, product size, development time, manufacturing costs and also rate of
return.
3. Concept development and testing: in this stage the idea of nokia npad should
convert into the detailed product concept. And also developing the nokia npad in
different models. After that this new nokia npad should be tested with some of the
target customers. Finally after completing the testing with different customers
choose the best one.
4. Market strategy: after the testing is completed, the strategy plans should be
developed for introducing this nokia npad in to the market. In this stage only the
nokia should describe the target market’s size, structure and behaviour for the
nokia npad. And also describes how the nokia npad will overcome the other
competitors and estimating the sales, market share and profit goals in the first two
years. In this stage only the nokia should also plan the price and market budget for
the first year.
5. Business analysis: After developing the new product concept and the market
strategy, the nokia should evaluate the business analysis. The management should
prepare the sales, cost and profit projections keeping in mind of company’s
objectives .after completing these factors the new product concept moves into the
development stage.
6. Product development: In this stage the technical tasks should take
responsibilities to work on the new product. In this stage technical employees
should take the responsibilities of resource preparation, proto type development,
product testing and system design, bench work and production. For developing the
new product, the marketing plan and business plan needs to be clarified.
7. Market testing: After developing the new product, the new product is shifted to
the market testing. In this stage only the brand name and packaging will be done.
After packaging the new product is ready to launch into the market testing .here
the new product should go through the test market.
8. Commercialization: the final stage of new product development is
commercialization, which is nothing but the launching the new product in to the
market .in this stage only the nokia should decide where and when the new
product to be launched.

GANTT CHART:
TASK 1(d).

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT, MONITORING AND UPDATING:

PROJECT LIFE CYCLE

The project life cycle mainly consists of four phases. They are

 Concept and Initiation

 Design and Development
 Implementation
 Commission & Handover

Concept and Initiation: in this phase first the new product idea is identified and then
investigate whether this new product is suitable or not. After that the idea should be
converted in to product concept. The business analysis should be done for the new product
and then finally moves in to the next phase. In this phase the stages involved in new product
development are

 Idea generation
 Idea screening
 Concept development and testing
 Cost and benefit analysis
 Business analysis

Design and Development: The stages involved in new product development are product
development, prototype testing and market testing. This phase involves in many factors like

 project plan which includes activities, tasks and also time frames
 financial resource plan which includes the labour, raw materials , and also equipment
 quality plan which provides the quality targets, assurance and control measurements
 acceptance plan explains the how to meet the customer satisfaction
 communication plans which relates to the stakeholders
 procurement plan which identifies the competitor products

Implementation: this phase mainly focuses on the implementing the plans created in the
design and development phase. Here in this phase, the new product is executed and
monitored in order to get the output of the new product. And after completing the product
then, it is verified by the sample customers .in this phase the new product development stages
are market testing and also customer feedback from the market.

Commission and handover: the final phase of the project is commission and hand over. This
is nothing but the delivering the new product into market considering where and when. The
commercialisation is the last stage in new product development which involves in this phase.

MONITORING :

The new product development is monitored by the quality control and analysis. The quality
control is a process that helps to maintain the new product development processs by
considering all the fields in the project. The quality planning and control mainly concentrates
on the product development and also operation that is nothing but the implementation stage.
During this stage it mainly determines the quality of the product during the product
development stage and implementation.

TASK 2(a).

RESEARCH METHODS:

For this topic, the research method which we used to do the work is an inductive research
method. The market information will be gathered easily via the inductive research method in
which we actually will start off with observation, then will move across to pattern followed
by tentative hypothesis and theory. We thought that this method would actually help and the
best alternative for this project as through this method, we will get the information via
observation which means that the actual contribution from real time evaluation is made.
Observation which we make from the market will surely help us in analyzing the real time
scenario and what peoples mind set is at the time of purchase and this would help us in
bringing a better product. Observation also has the capability to go deep into the market and
understand in depth as to how better product can be made as through this, we will get a clear
picture of the issues which we have in the existing systems. For us to develop new products
like the NOKIA n-pad, it is a mandatory thing that the information should be abundant in
hand and empirical observation techniques are used by my in this thesis to do the task. From
the empirical observation techniques which we implemented, we can identify a number of
issues and problems along with future developments and requirements as per the need of the
employees or users of the applications and these things, if put on the paper will make sure
that better theories and hypothesis can be created. This theory and hypothesis which we
propose via the strategic management heads will help in enabling or developing a better
product.

TYPES OF DATA:

To collect the data from the market, both primary research techniques along with secondary
research techniques can be used as both have its own advantages and disadvantages and if we
club both the research methods, it will always give us a better product. In our research for
developing nokia npad, the primary research method which we applied is to collect the data
directly from the market by the analysis of observation and formed a number of questionnaire
sessions through which samples of data from a set of users are collected. Now once the
primary set of data was collected via questionnaire sessions, we then understood that there is
one more method through which the data can be collected. This method also falls under
primary data analysis techniques and this is done via observing the interest of the tablet
device from the people who actually get information about these kinds of products. A number
of questions were put to different set of users on blogs, net, research questionnaire papers
and other places. All the questions related to IPAD were asked which were taken from
existing Nokia website and from all the other blogs by clubbing these things without own
questions which we thought would help us in analysing the product the better. Conducting
surveys will also be a part of this. Where as the secondary research method also plays an
important role in collecting the information through various sources. The sources for the
secondary research methods include internet, books, magazines, sales data of other
organisation. Normally the secondary research method consists of both qualitative data and
quantitative data. In this research , the both data will be collected qualitative methods is the
way of collecting data which includes the described meaning rather than with drawing
statistical valves. Where as the quantitative data includes experiments and psychometric tests.
thus for developing the Nokia NPAD both primary and secondary data types are used.

TASK 2 (b).

The resources plays an important role in the development of new product . normally
resources are mainly divided into three categories in the development of new product. They
are

 Tangible resources
 Intangible resources
 Human resources
Tangible resources: Nokia is having strong background for tangible resources. Normally
the tangible resources are nothing but the physical assets of an organisation and the financial
resources.

 Financial resources: The financial resources play an major role in the organization as
it estimate the financial requirements for the development of new product. Nokia is
having strong financial background. so for the developing the new product there will
no financial problems. These financial resources of nokia help to attract the investors
and lenders for the business.
 Physical resources: Physical resources are also the tangible resources, physical
resources are nothing but the manufacturing plant equipment, land and the mineral
resources. Nokia is having largest manufacturing plant which includes the research
and development sector, good equipment. So the process for developing the new
product nokia npad is easy.
 Research and development: Due to competition in the market the nokia always try
to come with different ideas which are executed in the research and development . this
resources helps to keep the new product to in order to increase the shares of teh
company. Thus in nokia research and development plays an important role inorder to
maintain the competitive in the market.

Intangible resources: Intangible resources are nothing but the non physical assets of the
organisation which includes the information, skilled knowledge and reputation. Nokia is
having good reputation in the market and also having the good brand name. These resources
are very helpful for marketing the new product in the market. For nokia, there are existing
customers which helps to promote the new product. Nokia is having more good will in the
market, the good will is nothing but the difference between the value of tangible assets and
actual value of the company. So this helps to develop the new product in the market.
Normally reputation will have great impact on the new product.

Human resources: In Nokia these resources help to develop the new ideas. The human
resources in nokia mainly involves in the functionality in the organization. Nokia gives more
importance to the human resources, why because nokia is always try to come to market with
variety of new products. Normally these human resources helps to increase the profitability of
the organization.

Sales and marketing: after the development of new product the nokia should concentrate on
the sales and marketing. These resources helps to promote the new product with different
strategies and helps to increases the sales in the product.

TASK 2(c).

SOURCES OF RESOURCES:

The resources are having various sources in the nokia organisation.

Tangible resources: the tangiable resources mainly include the financial resources, physical
resources and also the research and development resource.

 Financial resources:In nokia the financial resources are very strong . the main
sources for financial resources are investors , banks, government, stake holders and
also the share holders. For nokia , the sources are very strong in finanacial resources
so it helps the organisation to develop the new products.
 Research and development:Normally the research and development helps nokia to
develop the new products which satisfies the needs of the customers.the main sources
in the research and development in nokia are the employees , who will develop the
new product which helps to increase the revenue and growth of the nokia
organisaytion. Normally the new product will be developed by the employees of the
organisation and they plays an very important role in the development of new product.
 Physical resources: When coming to the physical fresources, it mainly include the
production resources and information technology resources. These physical
resources mainly helps in the manufacturing of the product. For manufacturing the
product the raw materials are very important . so the main sources for the physical
resources arethe suppliers of raw materials and also suppliers of the information
technology which is nothing but the software that is used in the development of new
product.

Intangiable resources: the intangiable resources for nokia for the development of new
product includes the brand name and good will of the organization. For the nokia
company, the main sources for intangiable resources are the marketing channels and the

where as the customers will involve in trying the new product which helps the nokia to
increase its sales. And also the advertisements helps the nokia to increase the sales of thge
new product which is the another source for intangiable resources. Through the adverstiments
the nokis can promote the new product features which will attract the customers due to the
brand name and the good will of the oragnisation.

Human resources: human resources mainly involve in the development of the new product
process. The main sources for the human sources are skills, capacity for communication and
collaboration and also motivating the employees which results the increase in the profits of
the organisation.

TASK 3(a).

MARKET STRATEGY:

Market strategy is the process by which the organization aligns itself with the market. Nokia
is a well established multinational company even then the management of nokia should
always come with new strategies in order to maintain the competitive advantage which the
success in the market. There are many strategies which help to develop the market potential
of the organization. The nokia follows the demand side strategy concept. This strategies is
nothing but the dividing the whole market in to several objective markets depending upon the
demand on that particular market. The competitive strategy of nokia aims on improving the
innovative ability to win the competitive advantage. Nokia is having the strong technological
innovation which helps to stand in most advance position in the mobile industry. So Nokia
has better advantage for developing the new nokia npad. In UK market the apple ipad which
is similar product like nokia npad has better sales which help the apple in the increase of the
market shares. At present in UK market the demand for the apple IPAD is more. Recently
Samsung also launched the Samsung galaxy in to the UK market but Samsung is unable to
cross the sales of the apple IPAD. The cost of the apple IPAD is very high even then the sales
are more. By introducing the new Nokia Npad into the market the sales for Nokia will also
increases. The main advantage for Nokia is having good brand name in the UK market and
this helps to increase the sales of the new Nokia Npad.

SWOT ANALAYSIS:

The SWOT analysis for the nokia is explained below

Strengths: Weakness:
 Having good brand name  Nokia has high prices when compared to
 Having World wide distribution network others
 Nokia mobile stood first in mobile phones  Nokia sales and service centres are less
 Having strong financial support which  Most of the mobile phones are helpful to
help to develop the new products low class people

Opportunities : Threats :
 it can expand its market share by  Entering more competitors into the
developing new products market with low prices
 has capability of capituring the customers  Growth of WLL network will effct the
by changing the price nokia CDMA network
 advertisements can help to become strong  Having more competition in the market
in the market.

STP ANALYSIS:

STP analysis is nothing but the segmentation of the market, targeting the product and
positioning the product.

Segmentation:

Nokia is a international marketing company so it plans to release the NPAD around the
world. There are various kinds of markets around the world depending on the country and its
economy. So it is important for Nokia to study the market and divide it into segments in order
to launch the product successfully. for instance if the product is to be launched in a
developing economy like India it has to concentrate on the higher class segment of the market
as they are the one who would prefer the products like this and the case of economies like
European and American countries they need to target major part of the market as the
purchasing power of the people is quite high.

Targeting:

Targeting the customers’ is also very important before the product launch. When nokia
decides to launch the product in a particular market it needs to consider the customers who
will be willing to buy this product. for instance if the product is more entertainment oriented
youth are the major people who get attracted so they need to attract youth by providing crazy
ads and offers. So it is important to first which kind of customers will be interested to buy the
product and try to target them.

Positioning:

Positioning of the product is one more important issue. This can be only studied after the
launch of the product. in the case of nokia Npad it is up to the customer satisfaction which
positions the product if the product is satisfactory i.e. it is of higher quality and comes at
cheaper price with good service then the position of the product will be good so nokia needs
to deliver the product in time as the order and provide excellent service in order to gain
customer loyalty which decides the position of the product.

4 P ANALYSIS :

The 4 P analyses is the best tool for explaining the market strategy of the new product
developed by nokia. The 4p analysis is

Product: The Nokia new product Nokia npad is having all the latest features like meego
operating system, multi task application, camera felicity and updated technology when
compared to the apple ipad. The nokia npad is so the nokia must design the ne product by
overcoming all the features in apple ipad. The nokia is also giving the warranty for the nokia
npad, so this is one of the advantages for nokia to attract the customers.

Place: Nokia must give the importance in the selection of place keeping in mind about the
market strategy. When compared to Europe market, Nokia has good brand name and also
there are many distribution channels in Asian market. In Asia market the nokia is leading
company. So for nokia, Asian market is the best for launching the new product.

Price: Price is the major factor in selling the product. Nokia built a strong brand name with
focussed market and distribution network in all over the world. The price of apple ipad is
very high in the Asia market when compared to the Europe. The price of the nokia npad is
less than the apple ipad, so that the customers are more attracted. As explained earlier the
price should be around GBP 500, which is less than apple ipad. In UK market, the apple ipad
is very much costly and the market share of apple is very less when compared to nokia. Nokia
should offer cash allowance for the New Product npad.
Promotion: The Nokia should concentrate mainly on the promotion of the ne product though
various sources like advertisements, personal sales force sales promotions. Through
advertisements that nokia should promote the new nokia npad to target the customers in a
consumer market. The advertisements are done in a particular way so that it appeals the
psychology of the consumer. Nokia must introduce various sale promotion schemes like
offering discounts on important festivals and also offering free gifts along with the new
product.

THE ANSOFF MATRIX:

For Nokia the Ansoff matrix is the tool used to develop the marketing strategy. The ansoff
matrix is involves in market penetration, product development, market development and enter
in to the new market. The nokia npad is the new product developed by the nokia but it is
already an existing product in the market which was developed by apple . so nokia should
develop the market strategy from the the existing product sales and customers review of that
product . Nokia is having good brand name and due to this existing customers and new
customers are more attracted. According to Ansoff matrix theory the nokia should launch the
new product in the existing market first so that the risk will be low and after that it should
enter in to the new market.

By this process the diversification of nokia in to new product will not affect the company’s
market shares. [ CITATION Dia08 \l

TASK 3(b).

MONITORING THE MARKET STRATEGY:

Monitoring plays an important role in the development of the new product process. In the
development of nokia npad the monitoring plays a key role in the product development,
implementation of the new product and the market strategy. Monitoring is nothing but the
collection of information and its analysis which helps to develop the new product. Monitoring
helps to improve the efficiency and effectiveness for the development of new product. In the
development of new nokia npad it mainly deals with the targets set and activities in the
planning process.normally through monitoring the management can identify the problem
occurred in the development of new product process. in the development of new nokia npad ,
the monitoring mainly focus on efficiency, effectiness and impact. Efficiency explains how
the work is going on during the development stages it mainly deals eith the input to ouytput
work.effectiveness is nothing but the new nokia npad is meeting all the specific objectives in
the development process. impact mainly deals with market strategy and it tells whether the
new nokia npad is meeting all the criterias or not.

Quality control and analysis is the best tool for monitoring.. quality control is the process that
hekps to determine whether the new nokia npad is meeting all the objectives during the
development process. and it mainly helps to develop the performance of the nokia npad.
Quality control mainly deals with the quality planning and control. During the development
of new nokia npad, this tool mainly helps to identify the problems in the product
developemnet stage and the implementation stage. During development of nokia if any
problem occurred in the implementation stage then this tool helps to change the palns and
time schedule in the product development. Thus monitoring helps to increase the
performance of the new nokia npad.

TASK 3(c).

FINDING:

After the market analysis, the finding for the development of new product Nokia NPAD are

 Nokia has good brand name in the UK market.so the new nokia npad can easily
promote to the customers. Due to good will of nokia , customers are very easily
attracted for the new product nokia npad.
 The sales for the apple IPAD is more in the UK market. The customers in the uk
market are showing more interest for the tablet internet devices.
 Online sales are more in the UK market. now a days customers are willing to buy the
products through the internet as technology grows rapidly.
 Advertisements play an important role in the UK market. in uk market ythere is a vast
competition between the companys so adverstiments plays an important role in
promoting the new product.
 Providing the products with pay monthly schemes. The customers are not showing
much interst to pay the money at same time. Now a days in uk , most of the stores are
offering monthly pay schemes inoreder to increase their sales.
 Customers are not satisfied with the apple and Samsung service points .customers are
facing some problems with the apple ipad and for rectifying those problems the apple
has taking more time due to lack of the service points.
 Apple IPAD cost is high, so it does not satisfies the middle class people. Apple ipad
concentrated more on the upper class people only..
 The apple shares are increased suddenly due to apple IPAD. in april the apple has
released the new product apple ipad , in the first day itself apple has sold more than
3,00,000 ipads in the same day itsselfs which results the increase of shares in the
market.
 Apple is planning to modify the IPAD with latest technology. The older version of
apple ipad does not satisfies the customers. Why because the apple ipad does not have
the facility of camera and also the multi task application software.
 The sales will be increasing by introducing special offers to the products. Now a days
there is a huge competition in the uk market between the retail suppliers of the
product . spo inorder to capture the market they are introducing with some special
offers.
TASK 3 (d):

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Nokia is having good brand name and good will in the UK market. This is one of the
advantage for nokia to introduce the new product nokia NPAD.

According to the market analysis the sales for the apple IPAD increases in the UK market. so
by introducing the nokia NPAD , the sales for nokia will also increases because its brand
name.

In UK market the online sales is more , if nokia concentrates on the online services , then the
sales of the new product nokia npad will also increases.

Advertisements plays an major in the Uk market. Through advertisements nokia can promote
the new product which helps to capture the UK market. This helps to increase the sales of the
nokia npad and also helps to attract the customers.

Customers are showing interest to buy the products through monthly schemes . if nokia
introduces the schemes to the nokia npad then the customers will show give more importance
to this product only. This results the increase in sales in the uk market.

After launching the new nokia npad the nokia should concentrate on the service points why
because the service points for existing products like apple ipad and Samsung galaxy are good
which results the customers unsatisfied. By concentrating on the service points nokia can
capture more market sales which results in increase in sales.

When compared to the price of apple ipad ans Samsung galaxy , the price of nokia npad is
low . so that the customers will give more importance to the nokia npad.

According to the market analysis the shares of apple will increase dramatically due to apple
ipad, so by introducing the nokia npad the shares of the nokia will also increase.

The nokia should be giving better features than the apple ipad, customers are giving more
importance to the technology and features of the product. The new nokia npad is using better
operating system than the apple ipad which turns customers towards the nokia npad only.

Nokia should provide some special gifts with the nokia npad which helps to increase the
sales. These are the recommendations proposed for the new peoduct nokia npad which helps
the new product success.
